On multiple occasions, Simon has been rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional toward customers. I have personally witnessed him unfairly accusing only Black kids of stealing without any proof, while not treating other customers the same way. This behavior appears discriminatory and creates a hostile, uncomfortable environment for customers.
No customer should be singled out or treated with suspicion based on race. This conduct reflects poorly on your business, and I believe it needs to be addressed immediately.
I hope management will look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure all customers are treated with respect.

I am writing to express my concern about the behavior of the manager, Simon, at the Bread Basket Gas Station located at 5671 FM 2770, Kyle, Texas.
During my recent visit, Simon was noticeably rude and unprofessional. He dismissed my questions abruptly, spoke harshly, and showed impatience without reason. When I asked for assistance, he responded with impatience and refused to address my concerns properly. This kind of behavior is disappointing and creates an uncomfortable environment for customers.
I hope you will address this issue to ensure better customer service at your store.
Thank you for your attention.

I go here often, but I was looking for a red wine. Some of their wines were not priced and when I asked if they could scan some of them so I could get the prices, the two attendants said they were not responsible for pricing them. They basically blew me off and didn’t care to give me price. I still bought a $24 bottle of wine from them but left really disappointed. . I know these two young employees and will not shop here again. Really , really bad costumers service .

The “Bread Basket” is listed on Google Maps as a convenience store—and it clearly has gas. It’s clean, well-lit, and feels safe. Normally, that would earn it a solid four or five stars from me.

However, I stopped by on the way home, more than willing to pay a convenience fee to save time and grab a regular, boring loaf of bread. But here's the thing: The Bread Basket had no bread.

I don’t mean they were out—I mean they just don’t carry it. No loaves, no buns, no rolls, nothing. Maybe you have to buy it by the slice from behind the counter? I have no idea.

They did have beer, which I guess is made from bread… but not really what I was looking for.

So, umm… one star, I guess? Because this was the exact opposite of convenient and kind of misleading. Like, borderline false advertising.

It’s like the name was randomly generated or something.

Cool local convenience store. Good selection of snacks and drinks. Love the broad selection of craft beers. Staff is friendly and helpful. As the price is higher than other stores nearby, we only get gas here if we are in a pinch.
