Great food as always! We've been regular customers for some years now at William Cannon. Very good service and nice servers at this location. The manager, Marco, is very attentive and he always makes us feel welcomed. He often approaches our table to check on us. Good for you Casa Garcia's Mexican Restaurant for having great staff, that truly makes a difference!

On Wednesday October 29th I was told I had to leave Casa Garcia’s in Pflugerville because I didn’t have a card showing my service dog was certified. According to federal disability law when I go into a restaurant, or anywhere else, with my service dog, they are allowed to ask me if she is a service dog and what task she performs. They may not ask me anything else. I spoke with the manager who said it was company policy that a service dog must have a card showing they are “certified” he said there was nothing he could do, it was company policy. When I asked to see the policy he gave me a business card with the information for the corporate office. I called them and the woman who answered told me the manager was right, it was against company policy to let a service dog in their restaurants without the card. When I asked to speak with someone about it I was told there was no one, that I needed to send an email. I did so including a link to the ADA website where the rules and regulations regarding service dogs are clearly stated. I have received no response. I am writing this review in hopes that people will not visit any of the Casa Garcia’s locations until they no longer discriminate against the disabled. I will leave this one star review up until they are complying with all Federal laws.

Daphy is best make sure to get your drinks with her. Kevin is really good too.

Had a stellar time with co-workers and enjoyed all the Chicken Mole. The biggest item that could have been better was the TVs in the dining area. All the outdoor seating was taken and would have been great to have one or two TVs to see the games going on. The food, company, and service were exceptional and tortillas could tell they were made in house. Enjoyed the time and recommend.

Fajita grilled is the best, stuff avocados ? ?

We always eat very well there ? the service and prices are good ?
The only thing is that when we go for food to eat at home I always ask for corn tortillas and they always give me what they want, that is flour ??

Mixed reviews here. I’ll break it down. The decor and ambiance looks appealing with its Mexican theme. The place is very large and can accommodate large parties indoors and outdoors. The service? We had very little wait time before getting seated, considering we came during the busy Sunday brunch time. The server took our order in an timely manner. The food… It took a very long time to arrive. The portion sizes were large and looked appetizing. Those dishes from other customers around us did too. The taste however, is a different story. The menudo was not good at all. The migas did taste good. My omelette was okay. Will we come back? Perhaps after exhausting all the other local restaurant choices. This won’t be our first choice.

Vegetarian options: My omelette was vegetarian style.

Parking: Located in a strip mall, plenty of parking available
