I rarely ever go inside to order for chik fil a..but today I did and I am so happy to have done so! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, all staff were very kind, and to top it off they wrote a sweet note inside my order wishing me well on my pregnancy. Made my day, thank you!

Took my order wrong then when I bring it up they treated me rudely. Misheard or mistyped my large drink as medium just so I can be treated rudely by someone else like I'm trying to scam a few ounces of drink when I say it's the wrong size. I had not even been given the receipt yet, so I could not know the order was not placed correctly.

UPDATE: In the past two months, I have been here six times. Three of those times they left out an entree item from my order. Not just the sauce, napkins, etc. they left out my sandwich or a box of nuggets leaving someone in my family without dinner because it is not worth it to go back once we are home and discover this. At this point I will not leave before checking every item is in the bag which is what they are supposed to do first.

I work at a primary care clinic and my schedule is based on my patients care and needs. On 10/25/2025 at 10:01am I placed an order and paid for my breakfast meal. I have screenshots with evidence. The transaction was then APPROVED and my money was withdrawn from my account. Due to my occupation as a Medical Assistant, my time depends on my patients health. I arrived to pick up my order at 11:00am and was told the transaction was cancelled because it was a past breakfast hours. I would be completely complicit if I had placed my breakfast order before the 10:30am cut off AND was NOT CHARGED for the SERVICE. However, due to being charged for my food, which is probably already prepackaged due to its nature of being a franchised food chain, I find this fact to be extremely unprofessional and unethical. How is Chick Fil A building #0500 going to CHARGE me for a service that has not even been GIVEN yet?! Not to mention, I got ZERO notification that my food was canceled UNTIL I got to the restaurant and the employee told me that she could not give me my order that I had already paid for. She stated I would receive a refund on my account, however that completely defeats the purpose not to mention I probably have to wait 2-3+ business days to get my money back which not only wastes my time and my money. It is merely the principle of the service itself. I do not care if it was $10.00 or less. YOU charge me for a service, I expect to receive it. Not to mention the manager Faith looked entirely confused and when I asked to be given information on how to file this complaint, the manager could not give me a direct answer. Why is chick-fil-a placing incompetent managers who cannot give their customers direct answers with accurate information in charge? It is unfair to her and to the customer. She is probably just doing her job which I giver her grace for but please train her better so that she may be able to give her customers accurate and HELPFUL information. Owner is Joseph Ramirez. I would like my money back and compensation for inadequate services and treatment. Thank you.

I was very disappointed in CFA as I am a regular and today when I went an employee named Isabelle took my order in the drive thru I asked for the chicken minis and she did not ask me for the count. She then gave me my total and I told her I wanted the 10 count and she rolled her eyes and took a deep breath as if she was annoyed. She told me to wait a second then she told me they would just have to take my payment at the window. I wouldn’t make a big deal if it wasn’t for her attitude and body language she projected
