I thought Chick-fil-A was a friendly Christian fast food service, but apparently some of your drive thru employees that are taking the orders on Lane 1 DID NOT want to take a friends order, ignored & was laughing continuously ‼️ looking at the customer repeatedly & still didn't take her order which caused a back up ‼️ We I'll be calling and emailing cooperate with the workers name and post a picture ‼️

Chicken sandwiches and Powerade were great as always. Staff was friendly but unresponsive to request of fries made to order. Fries were extremely undercooked which I attempted avoid via request which was denied.

So glad to see we have a Chick-fil-A in Kyle now. Great experience going in recently to try the new honey pimento sandwich. Double lane drive thru and staff were friendly. Food was to quality as always!

Im furious! Just went to get breakfast for me and my kid just to get back home and see that it was incomplete. What’s the point of having an itemized ticket showing what the customer ordered if the staff is not going to do their job right? So I had to drive back and forth once I had arrived to my house just to get the rest of my order only for the drive thru girl to give me a stupid look of disbelief and said “oh ok” even though she bagged the order herself. So thanks to her our food was cold when we got back home, and my kid's chicken nuggets were salty too. Sadly the staff didn’t bother to tried and fix the problem by replacing the cold order, they just gave me the missing items and no apology or anything was given for the damn trouble. This new location is not worth it.

This is a new Chick-fil-A location & they are doing a great job! It was lunchtime & we got our lunch in a reasonable time & tasted great! We also got a sample of the Banana Pudding Shake & it was delicious!!
I tried the new Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich with grilled chicken, just like the ads I've seen around. It wasn't great, it was too sweet, tasted kind of like peppered fried chicken and waffles, but with cheese. Just not good, I'll be happy to see it go as it is seasonal. Even my kid was unimpressed and didn't want another bite. Considering how good literally everything else is, I was left wishing that I hadn't bothered to try it.
This is the worst chick fil a. I’ve been here at least 5 times and either waited 20’minutes or received a messed up order. Very disappointing. We’ll be going to the other Kyle location or buda
