This is the second time I’ve ordered here and an item was missing or messed up. Plus, the Chipotlelane was backed up. I ordered for 8:20pm pick up. Came at 8:34 waited over 10 minutes rather than the 90-second waiting period.
1. I ordered a large queso and they gave me a small.
2. Chipotlelane is not 90 seconds waiting time
3. Your app support does not want to help customers. Will redirect and close out chat to not resolve issues.

I had such a great experience at this Chipotle thanks to the manager Allison. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can really tell she cares about customers and about running a great store. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect with my order and made me feel genuinely taken care of, not rushed or brushed off.
It’s rare these days to find someone who brings that level of hospitality and positive energy to a fast casual place, but she absolutely did. Because of her, what could have been a normal stop for food turned into a really pleasant experience. This is the kind of management that makes you want to keep coming back. Huge thanks to her and the team for making my day better.

Every table was dirty. Food was just adequate. Should have gone to Freebirds or Taco Bell. A tall aburn headed guy with a beard was extremely rude. Won't be back.

I’m guessing they were in a hurry in the chipotlelane today at 2:25pm because I pulled up to get my order and the lady asked my name, handed me a bag and walked away without saying anything further. I sat there and patiently waited for her to realize that she didn’t give me my drink at all or even give general Customer Service as you would expect somebody in her role. She finally walked back over to the window when she saw that I didn’t leave and didn’t say anything. She just stood there so I had to ask her for my drink and again she just handed it to me without another word before she walked away from the window before confirming everything was good. The terrible part is —- her hat said that she was a certified trainer 😳 so that scares me. But what was worse is when I got into my bag it looked like whoever prepared it was in such a hurry that they didn’t make sure that the salsa had the lid on it completely so it spilled all over my napkins and the inside of my bag as well as the food container so now I have a mess on my hands before I can even start eating. How wonderful… considering I am in a time crunch today. 😒😒😒😑😑😑 I hope you guys have better certified trainers at this location than her 😳

Found wood pieces in my food, including a sharp one I was chewing on during my first bite. This is unacceptable and unsafe. I won’t be returning. Also horrible portions that they have been serving

Black American female with dreads on the line 1/6/26 between 3-4pm had an attitude from hell. Don’t like your job quit don’t be taking your frustration out on the people who pay your check.

Our experience today was so good. The food was delicious, probably the best tasting Chipotle we’ve had in years! The service was great, each employee was kind and attentive. I wish we lived closer, because this would be our Chipotle of choice every time!

Very disappointed with the Chipotle in Kyle. Our bowls were primarily rice, very little beans, and cold meat. They also gave us stale chips.
The last four times I have gone to this location the cilantro-lime rice was crunchy and they were out of fajita veggies. This may sound small, but honestly, it’s make-or-break for me. The last time it happened my boyfriend and I just walked out without finishing our order. How can you stay open until 11 and run out of fajita veggies consistently by 8 o’clock?
I always feel bad for the staff because they look miserable and the atmosphere is always terrible. I can’t imagine wanting to stay in there and eat my food.
I would love to see an improvement and give a better review soon!

Ordered delivery through the app and while the bag has my receipt on it, everything inside is marked for someone else’s order. Nothing is here that I ordered.
The employees here are always rude, rushing, and trying to do a million things at once. It’s never even that busy inside.
My daughter and I love their bowls when we're craving something delicious yo eat!

White dude on the closing shift who took my order at 10:25 on Friday December 5th, boy oh boy.
First of all his portions were half sized, ran a messy line, felt disgusted after I ate due to the way he handled my burrito.
Second of all, he had the worst attitude. Yea bro I get it, you close in half an hour, but do your job and act like you have some social skills.
Kid didn’t greet us or anything, “what do you want” in the nastiest tone.
I want managements number and for him to face a coaching.
