If I could give this store zero stars I would. This store has gone downhill so much in the past couple of months. Every time I go their food always looks old and cold I literally have to go home and heat it up. I just went and they had no beans or rice. It’s dinner time… how do you not have food ready?? This was my last time going to them.

I am a long time chipotle lover . This establishment was the cleanest I have seen a chipotle in 10 years food was delicious work place was clean jasmine runs a fine crew and living in San Antonio I would drive to this location just based off my first time in their new store if I could give ten stars I would ! Thank you for reminding me chipotle still can be the best diy burrito factory !

I am a vegetarian and I LOVE their veggie bowl. I get white rice, black beans, grilled pepper and onions, guacamole, extra pico, red sauce (hot), corn, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. Omg, it is way too much for one sitting and one of the reasons I love it because there are always leftovers for later.

The BEST part!? Chipotle is GMO free 🔥

Don’t have scrawny females be serving the food that’s why the portions be so small, what they eat themselves is not what a grown man eats, and the steak fajita isn’t seasoned right, get the girls in the kitchen and the guys serving the food because they know how to correctly serve food

Rip off!!! They are back to giving small portions. I ordered a chicken bowl from an older red hair lady, which I assume is the manager. I asked her for some more chicken please because she gave me a small spoon amount. The spoon wasn’t even half full. She then said, do you want “double chicken?” I said no, just the correct amount which is supposed to be 4oz. They DO NOT give 4oz. 4oz of cooked chicken is about 3/4 of a cup. I bet they only give 1/3 cup. For $10 this is a complete rip off. Shame on you Chipotle!!!

Man come on. I pay 30 bucks for 2 burritos. Get x2 chicken and litterally get two burritos with rice, a couple peaces of chicken and a few beans. Not going back. Support small business instead of this place. Staff is nice though.

Ordered large chips and queso. Chips were stale, Queso was too spicy (and we don't mind spice). $10 with tip for a tiny container (this is the large?). Order was 15 minutes behind. Again, just chips and queso.

The team at the Chipotle in Kyle, TX, truly goes above and beyond! Even during busy hours with long lines, every employee here works hard to keep things moving quickly without compromising on quality or service. The online orders are always prepared promptly and ready on time, which makes pickup a breeze. It’s impressive how consistently friendly and efficient they are, even when they’re working at full speed. Kudos to the staff for their dedication and great service!

What the hell do I have to do to get a hold of a real life person in the store?! I can’t even call to say LIGHT TOMATOES on my order ??‍♀️ so frustrating, there is no option to put that note in my door dash order, and I can’t even call to let the store know. They always load my plate up with all the tomatoes in the world and it ruins the meal. I just want to let an employee know to put light tomatoes. What kind of customer service is this?? The automated system is so dumb and can’t handle my request no matter how simple I make it. Like what are the magic words that can connect me to the store and not some person in a call center?

It was supper clean however the staff completely ignored me in the drive thru so I went inside where I was ignored again for a while and they weren’t even busy they were prepping.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a chipotle. We tried to order on app didn't work. When I got in immediately got attitude from staff. Asked to get a large quesadilla and was told they couldn't. I informed them it was on the app, was told they can't ring that up... Um.. that's ridiculous, put some cheese in a tortilla and charge me the same price. Had to order two extra kids quesadillas on the side, at register was informed I had to pay for the entire kids meal. Probably the most miserable staff I have dealt with in years. What happened to the customer is always right? I was told no on simple things multiple times. Not only will I never go to this hellhole again, I'm finished with chipotle for quite some time. GO TO A RESTAURANT THAT IS RESPECTFUL. In this economy businesses like chipotle deserve to go out of business.
