Absolutely amazing!!! My family and I drive from North Austin to this location in Kyle because it has the best food quality and it’s the cleanest from all the other Cici’s I’ve been to! The guy Oscar made me my pizza to my liking, he didn’t hesitate to make it like the other locations where they mean mugged me for asking for a pizza and not eating what is already on the table! Hands down, the best! Thank you again Oscar!

It was great what they did have to offer the only thing they didn't have was all the sweets to choose from on the like they have a vanilla like dessert with vanilla pudding in it and the apple like cinnamon rolls. But they were very busy they kept running out of stuff fast good business and the salad was great loved the toppings they had for the salad 🥗😋

I’m only leaving this positive review because of Jeremy. He was hustling and keeping this place running during a crazy busy Saturday. From what I could tell, the rest of the staff were mostly high school kids doing their best, but it was clear the restaurant was way understaffed for how busy it was.
Whoever owns or runs this location (if it’s a franchise) really needs to step it up. Kyle is a fast-growing, family-oriented city, and this place should be staffed and run a lot better. Jeremy kept things together, but he shouldn’t have to carry the load like that — ownership needs to do better.

Very clearly understaffed and overworked. Buffett barely had pizza, no covers for the cups, dirty dishes everywhere
Was on vacations last week and we decided to stop at this location because it had good reviews about buffet varieties. Was dinner time around 5:30-6 and the buffet was empty. They need more staff to prepare the pizza. They only had one guy making the pizzas and one cleaning the buffet bars. Maybe they don’t prepare with enough time for dinner time if that’s one of the pick hrs for restaurants. We waited 10 min to get pasta because wasn’t ready to put out.
