Was on vacations last week and we decided to stop at this location because it had good reviews about buffet varieties. Was dinner time around 5:30-6 and the buffet was empty. They need more staff to prepare the pizza. They only had one guy making the pizzas and one cleaning the buffet bars. Maybe they don’t prepare with enough time for dinner time if that’s one of the pick hrs for restaurants. We waited 10 min to get pasta because wasn’t ready to put out.

Legit the best cicis I’ve ever been too. This is that good good small town service.
Jeremy killed it all night long(at least while my family and I were there) always on the look out for guest needs. He was also handled my son’s accident with alacrity and care. Dude is a pro.
The older gal bussing the tables was also in the absolute ball.

Employees and manager great, we came in for the 4.99 buffet and were told it wasn’t available anymore, but we stayed anyway and it was a good time , good food and manager sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding. Food was delicious.
We ordered online to pick up. We arrived on time but we were told to wait a few more minutes. They then gave our order to others. They told me the put a new one in the oven and to wait longer. I told them I wanted my money back. He said that because I ordered online it would take about two weeks to get a refund. I told him to keep the money. No effort to make it right. I won't be back. The manager there is incredible. He seemed to really know his customers and care about everyone’s experience. There was a small altercation when I visited and he handled it right away and made sure every guest was okay after.

I want to be very clearly, had a bad experience at night. I normally go to cici during the day! A very nice and professional Gentleman with a pony tail always has the location clean , fresh pizza and very very polite! The night I went there was a short lady at the register, she didn’t great out party just what can I get yall! Normally I hear hi welcome to Cicis! She was very rude. And she needs more training in customer service. The pizza on the bar was old and hard. It had enough customers inside to keep a decent rotation but we had to sit and wait almost 10mins for just 1 pizza and if you didn’t run over folks u wouldn’t get fresh slice! I said ok let me get a salad while I wait , I observed the cashier cleaning and she sprays glass/ window cleaner over the salad and so immediately I m like ok does she not know that it will get everywhere as the spray mists and splashes. Not getting salad now! I kept asking is some more pizza coming up yea should be 2to 3 mins every time it was 7to 10 mins. I don’t expect perfection but the lack of awareness on this shift I will never return at night! Whoever the gentleman that run the day shift with the pony tail is a great representative of Cicis I believe he deserves a raise.
