Decent product , especially when they are warmed . (The times we’ve gotten the dozen they were cold). Double check the box as I have gotten the wrong cookie before. Quietest times are Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Nice place for cookies, I personally love the consistency and bake of these cookies. However, they’re not very consistent with having under baked cookies to having extra crispy cookies. Though one call let me get another batch that was much more enjoyable so it worked out in the end.
It wouldn't be exaggerating to say that this is my favorite place in Kyle. On average, I visit this Crumbl location at least three times monthly to buy their cookies. I have never been disappointed. The cookies always taste great and are presented well, and the service is quick and easy. 10/10
