This is arguably the worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to. I’ve gone at least 5 times, each time hoping it will be better than the last. My order is never correct. At least one item is completely wrong every time, if not all items in my order! Everything takes longer than it should, which would be fine if the orders came out correct.

Do they not know how to pack to go orders here? I always ask for my order to go and they just throw everything on the counter when it's ready without a bag or anything. No lids on the blizzards either. And when you ask them to pack it to go for the second time, they just hand you a bag and tell you to grab your own lids. I thought this might be an odd occurrence, but it's literally happened every single time I come here! They obviously don't care. Slow or busy, it's always the same result.

They just refuse to pack orders to go here. They'll hand you every individual item with no lids and don't put anything in a bag. Just toss it all on the counter and say here you go. And everything is always so dirty every time I come here. Do they not clean throughout the day? Never been to such a poorly run DQ before.

I'm very disappointed. Today I visited DQ in the state I've been in for going on 3 months. Today was my brother's heavenly birthday and we wanted to celebrate him in some way. He loved DQ so I wanted to have dinner there this evening with my husband. Guy there, and it wasn't just simply business in the resteraunt. You had teens in their bullshitting, gossiping and not listening. We got our food and it was cold. I'm extremely disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. You guys are a place of business and your customers deserve a meal that's hot not cold. Since we are literally funding your paychecks.

Needs an upgrade in the parking lot area. Workers seem like they don't want to be there/always got an attitude. Drive through is not efficient.

I’m sorry, but Friday night (March 14, 9 pm) was just not it. We sat in the drive through for far far too long, just to be handed icecream soup. One which was the wrong order, and waited while it was remade (thank you). This error added to holding up the line behind us. I wonder how many unforced errors, if avoided, would have helped the drive through last night?

However, there seems to be something going on with management or training as drive through times should not be several minutes per vehicle. The line was wrapped through the parking lot. I highly recommend management conduct a review at this location.

I grew up going to this DQ in the 90s, it’s sad to see such a decline. Maybe just an off night. I will revisit this post and adjust if future experience improves. I was NOT impressed last night.

Parking lot is a disaster. No parking and drive thru wraps around the building and it doesn't help that they are always so slow. I was waiting in the drive thru way before they closed, if you don't want customers after closing at least go out there and put down a cone. I got to the speaker and they turned off the lights on the menu and an automated message said they were closed. At least they took my order but all they had was ice cream which is fine because that was all I wanted. They took my order and I waited another 10 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window I was told they ran out of ice cream and could only make the dipped cone??? This location never fails to dissapoint.

The service is always so slow. The location is also not built to accommodate a line of cars AND the use of the parking lot. Not worth sitting in line for so long.

Just sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes and never got helped, Still 3 cars in front of me I finally just left! I understand it gets busy, but that’s pathetic!

Waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes before getting to the menu speaker to order and told they are closed at 9:55pm. Terrible service. Do not waste your time or money coming here.

Opinion

This Dairy Queen is old and needs an upgrade. Floors are always dirty. Ice cream machine or something else is always breaking down. Chicken basket are always dried out, burned, dark color from being double fried. They used to be light color flaky like fried chicken and juicy. Just left like others did.
