Horrible customer service. Lady saw my order for delivery. It’s was 2 things. She gave me one and left because her turn was over. I had to wait 10 minutes before someone else could help me.
Always great food - fast service - clean. This location is great; much preferred vs the south Austin location, IMO.

Burger was dripping in watery mustard, and soaked through bag. My bun was super soggy. Got charged Texas size but upon going to another DQ realized I did not receive Texas Size. Fries were only half full. Took several attempts before someone acknowledged I was trying to order at drive thru speaker.

I ordered a 6 PC chicken tender basket in drive through along with a couple other meals for the family, drove 15 mins home, only to find 3 tenders in my box. They dont even have a 3 tender meal it's either a 4 or 6 PC. Ridiculous that I should have to count the tenders in the drive through line to make sure my meal is correct. Sorry thing is this is the only DQ in kyle. So I'll just be driving to San marcos from now on.

Drive thru is very tight, especially if you have a large vehicle. Other than that, typical fast food with typical fast food service... quick and dismissive.

Very slow to get your food in drive through. I have watched my food sit there ready for over 5 minutes and no one hand it to me. Everytime I've been, they are very very slow.

I absolutely loved this Dairy Queen. The food was fresh, ice cream wasn't watery, and the customer service was fast and easy. I love dairy Queen but hate going to the San Marcos locations because they're good is always old and ice cream is literally like water. 10/10 recommend the one in Kyle

‼️Young adults (4 to be exact) who can argue with the customer but can’t rub 2 brain cells together and create a critical thinking process to an issue‼️
I ordered two large Blizzards, and when we pulled up to the drive-thru window, the employee attempted to hand both to my wife with ice cream overflowing out of the lids. The presentation was sloppy, the cups were completely covered in ice cream, and it looked like they had just been thrown together.
When we asked for them to be remade, it turned into a back-and-forth with the staff. It took four employees to discuss what to do, yet instead of simply remaking the order, they argued with us and neglected basic customer service. Despite multiple requests, they refused to fix the problem. Shockingly, not one of them seemed able to figure out how to properly prepare the Blizzards without them overflowing.
In the end, we were practically forced to take the messy Blizzards, which ended up spilling in my car. This is completely unacceptable. Employees should not argue with customers, and a basic standard of quality and presentation should be maintained.

I ordered a banana split and while the taste was fine, the ice cream was already halfway melted by the time I got it. The biggest issue though was the service. We went through the drive-thru and it took nearly 30 minutes just to get to the window.
At one point, I actually got out of the car to see what was going on inside. What I saw was the employees working for a bit, then stopping to chat, then working again, then stopping again. Even the manager was right there in the middle of it, laughing and talking with them. I’m all for enjoying your job, but not when there’s a long line of customers waiting.
Another thing that bothered me was when the girl at the window held onto my card even after I got the notification on my phone that the charge had gone through. She shut the window and just kept it for a while before handing it back, which felt very strange. I’m not accusing anyone of anything, but it was weird enough that I made a note of it in case something goes wrong with my card later.
This service has been a problem every time I’ve come to this location, and I won’t be returning. Sadly, it’s the only DQ in Kyle, but it’s not worth the frustration or the uneasy feeling. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
