My fiancé ran in, without any knowledge the team was patient and so so kind to her, helped her and then even helped fix her drink when she ordered wrong! Entire team was welcoming and SO NICE energy was so positive and what more can you ask for while getting morning coffee?! They made one girl really happy with a butter pecan espresso :)

This is the worst Dunkins ever. I don't understand their lack of inattentiveness and carelessness. The first time I had an issue was when I ordered several food items and a donut but got no donut. I had already driven off and had to get somewhere, so I decided to call them for a refund on the donut I didn't get. Well, their phone just rings but never gets answered. I quickly forgot about the incident since I was preoccupied with work, probably. Yesterday's experience was literally why I had to come back and write this review. My spouse and I stopped by and got several food items, he's doing Keto so he got some bacon bites, and I got a croissant stuffer and a donut. The constant problem is that you wait longer for a single donut than all your other food, make it make sense. When we got our food the croissant stuffer was literally burnt. My spouse bit into his bacon to realize that it was glazed in syrup or something (doesn't mention this on the menu) so I thought "well, I'll just eat it" but the bacon was COLD COLD, I looked at my spouse and was like, "this isn't even good or warm" we couldn't even eat it and we were very disappointed with their serious lack of work ethic. Like how do you give us cold ass bacon but a burnt croissant? Ugh, never stopping here again. This is clearly a business that just operates, that's all, nothing else. I feel like these are typically owned by absentee owners who don't really give a crap about their business, just money.

The worst experience! If I could give 0 stars I would. They have lost me and my family as customers. Went through the drive thru ordered 1 dz donuts tried charging me 21.43 I asked if that was the right order she said yeah and when I checked my receipt it wasn't my order asked for a refund and they had the audacity to say it was my fault for not paying attention to the total 🤔 I exchanged some profanity and left and will not be returning.

We drove 5 mi out of our way to get Dunkin donuts coffee in Kyle TX with sweetener and flavorings. It was too hot to drink immediately so we drove to our hotel only to discover, there was no flavoring or sweetener in our coffee.
