I absolutely love Dutch Bros coffee!!!! And the employees are always helpful and kind! But the Dutch Bros phone service stinks, I often don't get answered, and when I do they usually still can't answer my question.

I took a friend here for a drink. I ordered an unsweetened tea, so they gave me a black tea... when I get to the wimdow for our drinks,.I get my tea and it looks like almost clear water. I asked what's this she said black tea. I said it's not even black it looks clear.... I paid $5 for some bs ass tea.... wish I took a pic of it but I'll never go again

If I order online for pick up I expect my drink to be done already .. so I would have to wait I just want to grab and go do better please … my drink should have been done already but I’m waiting 20 more min for it to be done it’s Crazy . The app told me 7 min 7 min turned into 20 .

They pulled another cars order before me though they came about 10 minutes after me and the “manager” said it’s their policy and wouldn’t do a refund..it looked like they only had one lane open and they probably did, so uts just not right I do that.
it’s not a big deal if it’s a minute or so wait, but to make Someone wait an extra 5-10 minutes is absurd

Morning service is incredibly slow. One day I pulled up to 3 other cars in front of me at the drive thru and after one car gave up amd left, it was 20 minutes for me to get my coffee.

The beverages are very good. They need to improve the drive thru. They have 3 lanes and take orders "out of order" and everyone in the drive thru is thoroughly confused about how to proceed (with 3 merging lanes). It's very frustrating to be in line and the employees popout and start taking orders from cars that just arrived.

Love the coffee and the staff but the wait time in the mornings are ridiculous. The amount of cars I see leaving because we’ve been waiting in the drive through for longer than 10 is sad. Even if you order a head of time you’re still waiting to get your order. I hope this improves because this is the only good coffee shop in my way into work.

Whoever is in charge of making the staff schedules should be fired for this location. Every single time the line is to the road there’s only 2 workers but when i go during slow times and no one is there they have 4 people working. Whoever is in charge needs to look at when the busy times are and schedule more people. I should not have to wait 40 minutes for 2 drinks and then after waiting all that time it’s still not right.

Im so disappointed in this company and it gets worse and worse. The line system is so unorganized which always allows for people to cut. I understand there will always been a wait but if I put in a mobile order and still wait 30 minutes for a coffee, that is ridiculous and excessive! I come every morning Monday through Friday and still experiencing this is crazy. And the staff telling to allow other customer with mobile orders to cut me in line because “it’s gonna come out at the same time anyways” is not acceptable! This needs to be fixed!
