Similar to many others here, the line management is poor and the wait is looong. They have a unlabeled “3rd lane” which is just the lane next to the the two clearly labeled and solid white lined double lane for the drive through. It’s frustrating because it’s not labeled at all and so the lines don’t form in it. People pull up and cut the loooong line, because yes they do indeed take much longer than other locations, and then you’re just mad because no one likes to be cut when you’re patiently waiting your turn. As I write and edit this review I’m still in line waiting. They need to cleanly label the “3rd lane” because in this visit only one person used it and cut the super long lines. This is an essential part of their customer experience so it’s very disappointing.

This Dutch Bros location always takes forever for no reason and no one ever takes my order before I pull up to the window. If there are 2 or 3 cars in front of me I know I'm waiting at least 30 mins.

I love Dutch bros but this was my first bad experience at this location, I have no idea why our drinks were doubled cupped but one of the drinks wasnt sealed right so when I took a sip out of it the whole thing spilled on me and my seat luckily it wasn't to hot. And my other drink wasn't hot at all

(I sent this review to corporate, but they did not share it with the store, so I'm writing it here). I would like to take a moment to offer my huge thanks to your Kyle, TX location (I think you only have one??) and in particular to a barista there, Bethany. I have been a Biggby and Starbucks customer for years, but have always known the Dutch Bros brand. Unfortunately where I have lived, there never was one to try. Until, I arrived here in Kyle, TX earlier this year. It has now become my absolutely favorite coffee, and my drink, as they all know now, is a large hazelnut latte, hot, mocha, with whipped cream and cinnamon powder. Every single time I have gone there, they have been so nice and pleasant and gotten my drink right. But I want to particularly thank Bethany who has come out to my truck (and others) each Sunday morning when I go. She is so pleasant, bubbly, welcoming, and this morning when we hit our first "cold spell" in Texas, I saw her come out shivering in the wind with her winter coat on, and as I rolled down my window and said hello and started to order, she remembered me, shared that bright smile of hers, remembered my order, and we shared some pleasantries as a result. She gave me a discount "just because" for being a loyal and nice customer. Very few people today, especially younger folks, present like she did and not only made my day with her kindness, but puts such a positive face on your franchise, as do her colleagues, but she stands out as someone that really makes a difference. Little did she realize I am facing a very tough surgery coming up, or just had a very bad breakup, and that I have no family and few friends to support me or be there for me. I work at home and nobody really embraces me as someone important in this world. But for a few moments every Sunday morning, when I venture out to go grocery shopping, fill up my gas tank, pick up a breakfast sandwich from Whataburger, and right before I go home, stop at Dutch Bros, Bethany and her crew make me feel important, make me smile, make me feel welcome, if only for those few minutes of time I wait in the drive through line before going back home to my mundane life. This morning I went there, and Bethany was there again, and always takes time to talk to me, smile, and make me feel like a friend.Please ensure she and the crew are thanked and appreciated for yes, doing their job, but in my estimation, going above and beyond their job to make someone's day. I know I'm just a nobody, but until I move back home in 14 more days where there are no Dutch Bros, she and they make my Sunday mornings blessed and start my week off with a positive, fun, supportive fashion. I will miss them and this coffee drink when I leave, but at the end of the day, what are we all here for? To make a difference in someone's life. Please let Bethany know she has done that for me.

Poor line management, terribly frustrating experience. A car cut the line in front of us after we’d been waiting 20+ minutes. We said something to the order taker, who simply took the cutter’s order and moved her along… no justice. Great place if you want to come skip the line, apparently nobody cares. Also, line was very slow… ironically, I wouldn’t have had time to write this one star review had I not spent so much time in line.
