Einstein Bros. Bagels

It’s 11am on a Thursday and they had only 8-10 weird flavored bagels left?! Not even one plain bagel. If it was 2 or 4 in the afternoon but it’s not even lunch time yet! Come on ya’ll bad form.

Was really craving y’all’s chocolate chip bagel and you’re the only bagel place I know that has them so I decided to stop by and I ordered 2 of them and 1 blueberry bagel. I get home and I got 3 blueberry bagels! How does that even happen? I just don’t understand the carelessness of the staff. I’ve worked many fast dining restaurants in my life (which wich, Starbucks, a cupcake place, etc) and I don’t think I’ve ever been that careless! It’s like they saw the first kind of bagel and just went with it.
What a shame because I was really craving that bagel.

They always miss something
Paid for a bagel with smear.
It wasn’t toasted and there was no smear
I had to tell them they were out of coffee and that they were out half and half
As someone that used at Panera Bread for many years
It was not that busy and it is not that hard

This place was amazing. The customer service, the food, the atmosphere, all top tier. They have a set menu but allow you to customize everything to your linking. I will definitely add this place to my list of favorites.

I came here this morning just to grab a couple bagels and decided to order the Nova Lox bagel. The bagel comes with capers, and I love capers so I asked for extra (I specifically said “I love capers give me a lot please!”) and my bagel ended up not having a single caper on it. Zero. Upon looking at the toppings of my bagel I also found that they had put barely any red onion. If I am paying almost 10 dollars for a bagel I’d really appreciate having a reasonable amount of toppings on it.

Made our order online and in less than twenty minutes received three full, wonderfully flavored food items and two coffees. I believe it's worth being up this early.

Bagels were okay got the Swiss and ham on a everything bagel, not bad not the best. Great service no complains I’d go back maybe try something different.

Staff glared when we went at 1:30 p.m.(assume too close to closing). The cashier was cordial enough, young man stayed irritated, and person preparing lunch bagels (large and filled) did not bother to cut bagel in half, brought it out giving a toss to the bag and went to the back before we even stepped up and picked up bag. Coffee was horrible after asking if coffee was fresh. Hmmmmm ....Would you go back?! Tis the season. Thirty minutes until closing caused this?!

Ordered on the app and can’t find any option to get a refund. The order was placed, money withdrawn, but when I got to the shop the doors were locked. Makes sense. Found out they were closed. The problem is the lil blonde haired girl inside looked me square in the eyes and walked to the back. And then checked through the window in the backdoor to see if I was still standing there as she proceeded to walk away. I just wanted to know how to get my money back. You lost a customer and his friends that trust his judgement but I still want my money back. What do I need to do?
