Love the veriaty of options available. We stopped by today and ordered caldo de pollo, a torta, some tacos de barbacoa tacos and churros... and surprisingly every one really enjoyed their choice. Will definitely go back
At least 6-10 bags of onions were sitting on the concrete outside the back storage shed around 1pm today. Super unsanitary!!

Staff is extremely unhelpful, they all seem incredibly busy and your problems are an inconvenience to them. Whatever is going on with their phones are more important. Food is the only reason why I would come back. Business is in dire need of a more competent manager.

Got 3 plates all with refried beans, 1 being nachos. The beans tasted like gasoline. Packed everything back in the bag and brought it back to ask for a refund because it was a drive thru order but we live close. Staff was no help. Manager left early. Tomorrow I’m supposed to get a refund? Horrible service. Here’s to hoping i get my $40 back.

I really like El Pollo Rico however I stopped by this location at 12:50 and was trying to make my order through the drive-through and the person taking my order was being a jerk about me not knowing how to pronounce certain items I was already turned off by this, so just decided to leave the drive-through without even ordering. I’ll just go to another location. That’s simple.
