Barbacoa is good but the tortillas are barely ‘cooked!’ Feels like you are eating raw dough. I cooked mine a bit more at home!
Slow service so plan to be in line for a while! Hence probably the reason they don’t have time to ‘fully’ cook tortillas

Hidden and snug in the heart of Kyle, sits what looks and feels like my Abuelita's house. Plenty of parking, and drive thru option as well! Inside, truly feels like a home visit to your grandmothers kitchen and the staff are friendly and attentive, welcoming like family. The aguas frescas were delicious! The barbacoa was great! My kids all raved about the tasty pancakes as well. We are so glad to have found this hidden gem. I plan to return soon. Thank you El Roble!

First time ordering here , we went through the drive thru and were immediately greeted by a nice young man who was very polite and thorough taking our order in our car before we got to the window. Food was delicious! Ordered a few bacon egg & cheese tacos, a few potato & egg, bean & cheese tacos , small chips & queso and a large Horchata 😋 Everything was perfect and not overpriced like every other mexican food spot in Kyle, highly recommend El Roble! I appreciate how they wrapped our small queso & how they gave us a lot of chips

Cakes in order, was told 10 minutes, I get there and tacos still not ready, they were simple bacon/egg tacos, stood in drive thru 10-14 minutes longer no one ever came to window. Will not be going there again, this is not the 1 st time this happens either. Don't with this place!!!

I seen the reviews. Came in at 630am. Ordered the Barbacoa plate. Damn was the portions generous. I don't play about my Barbacoa and they don't play about it if you order it. Everything was delicious. Waiter was very attentive even though he was getting his morning routine on. It's a hidden gem in Kyle but worth the hunt. They are open way early for those whos day begins early. Thanks for the awesome service Robles restaurant!
