I hate to leave such a negative review. It took us 25 minutes just about to get one Sandwich. There was at least 4 people working the line. It was not busy. I’ve worked at the firehouse in San Marcos and this was such a crazy experience to me. My Sandwich was then cold and soggy when handed to me. Really disappointing. Really unsatisfying. And pretty unacceptable.

Can’t speak for the atmosphere as I ordered online, but food was ready when I picked it up (right at the designated time) and sandwiches were great. The potato soup was just ok, Mac and cheese was great.

Tried the new French Dip sandwich. Was good. Wish I got more dipping juice. Received less than 1/2 of the small container. Barely enough for a half of the sandwich. Food was a bit on the high side. Everything is going up in price these days. Staff was very friendly.

The amount of meat on the sub was next to nothing. $15 for a sandwich of that low quality is crazy. Terrible first impression of this place. I’m going back to Jersey mikes lol

Just got a steak and cheese with practically 0 steak or cheese. Just loaded with peppers, I don’t know this little of effort could be put into making a sandwich for a paying customer.
Staff is so sarcastic and mean. Everytime we come here. They are SO MEAN.
