Service was not great when they messed up the order. I asked for cajun fries and they didn't take the fries back or offer new ones. They gave me a cup of seasoning and said here ya go.

It's a good burger, but for the price and size you'll wish you went to Burger King or Chili's probably. The fries are slipping. A while back the fries were just the right golden brown crispy skins on fries that helped the score here. It could just be a weak crew at the time because this is a good place when they execute better. But essentially $20 for a tiny drink, small fries and a burger has to be a lot better than this. Looks like it's going to be another year or two before I try it again. If they survive.

Had not been in a while. Delicious hamburger and fries and an awesome salted caramel shake. It became lunch and dinner.
Disappointed walk in stood in line with no greeting for 4 mins ended up leaving with no food.

I was disappointed with my experience with 5Guys recently but it was the branch on William Cannon in Austin. This branch in Kyle is amazing! The fries are cooked to perfection, the service is provided with a smile and a joke.
Thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I'm an avid burger addict and this place hit the spot. Thoroughly recommend if you're passing by and are hungry.
