I'm not a daily customer but I'm here about 3-4 times a week. They fix a good burger to order and plenty of fries always.
They forgot to add some of my fixings but they immediately made it right.
The next time I came in they remembered and made sure to show special attention.
This is the right way to treat customers and take care of them as well.
Thank you guys for always doing a great job.

Five Guys needs a better binding agent for their meat and better quality buns. It’s hard to enjoy a burger when you’ve got an insanely soggy bun and a patty that crumbles with every movement/bite. The flavor is great, especially the fries, but again, just hard to enjoy overall.

Stopped by Five Guys for a quick bite and ended up having a full-on experience. First off, huge shoutout to the manager—our fries were going to take an extra 2-3 minutes (barely even a wait), and they still gave us a $10 gift card just for the delay. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare these days!

Not only that, but we also got an extra bag of fries, which I firmly believe is the universe rewarding us for tolerating the couple in the back corner who thought Five Guys was a romantic getaway. I've seen less PDA in a rom-com montage. But hey, fries > awkward eye contact.

Overall, the food was hot, the staff was friendly, and the service was top-tier. We’ll definitely be back—hopefully when that couple isn't.

Case Hatch

Probably one of the worst burgers I've ever had.. They claimed they give just the right amount of sauce except my burger had so much mustard smothered on both the bottom and top bun that it was inedible. I asked for bacon didn't get it Went to the counter and complained and they blew me off. I couldn't eat this steak meal with sides priced hamburger and threw almost all of it away.. At least my kid enjoyed his 10± dollar hot dog (just the dog).. Pathetic. 40 dollars for GARBAGE. Maybe it should just be one guy..

I’ve been a five guys frequenter for years. I’ve experienced this chain in three different states and I have to say this location is the best.

The staff is quick, cordial and accurate. I’ve never had an order be incorrect. I typically order online and pick it up in person. Though it can be on the pricier side for a burger joint, their quality is unmatched. The burgers and fries are piping hot and I appreciate that they don’t drop your fries until you come in to pick up your order. This way they are hot and fresh instead of soggy sitting on a shelf somewhere.

Vegetarian options: There is a grilled cheese option but if you’re sensitive about your food being cooked on a grill that has had meat products cooked on it, I would skip this spot.

I usually used to go to eat at that place right in Kyle after working hard in my landscaping business with my son, a couple of times it happened to me and this is the following, my son placed the order and everything was fine, I paid and took a seat in the outside tables, a decision that I regret since while I was chatting and enjoying the moment with my 9-year-old son, I noticed the entry and exit of customers, more time passed and no one told us about the status of my hamburgers, my son was already desperate and hungry he went to ask the clerks, employees to surprise were already ready only that none of the employees, who are precisely paid to work in a restaurant, had the kindness or kindness to notify me or my son about the food list, since a long time passed the food was cold and tasteless as well as the potatoes, my son was very upset by that, so we decided to change our meals to a place where they do appreciate and value their customers, and of course they I would pay for it, greetings and bye.

They were extremely expensive for such cheap tasting burgers. 15 dollars for just the burger!!!!! Seriously????!! The burgers were smaller then a McDonald's happy meal burger ,Recommended going to another restaurant
