I was disappointed with my experience with 5Guys recently but it was the branch on William Cannon in Austin. This branch in Kyle is amazing! The fries are cooked to perfection, the service is provided with a smile and a joke.
Thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I'm an avid burger addict and this place hit the spot. Thoroughly recommend if you're passing by and are hungry.

I'm not a daily customer but I'm here about 3-4 times a week. They fix a good burger to order and plenty of fries always.
They forgot to add some of my fixings but they immediately made it right.
The next time I came in they remembered and made sure to show special attention.
This is the right way to treat customers and take care of them as well.

It could just be a weak crew at the time because this is a good place when they execute better.
But essentially $20 for a tiny drink, small fries and a burger has to be a lot better than this.
