Zero complaints. Store is clean, staff has been always friendly. Never a line and if there is it moves fast. The brownies are delicious! I've been there a dozen times for take out. Lots of food for leftovers. Never out of ingredients either.

never had a problem till now had to wait 20 minutes after my promised time they even made my order wrong and barely gave me any food. It was handed to me like this wouldn’t have wasted my time and money if i knew it would be this bad

Got takeout went in after the designated pick up time and waited 30-40 minutes after that time for my food. Don’t use their app or website just come in order in person and take your food to go.

A little bummed out here. Went to get a good lunch and was met with barely any food. For a $15 bowl, I would think they would give me a full bowl. Nope. I think I’ll just avoid this place from now on. Very very disappointed.

The staff at this location is super SLOOOOOOW. And seem to be pretty apathetic about it. And their in store customers. They will have 2 people working on food for online orders, with only 1 person making burritos, even when there are many people in line.
This place cares about food delivery services more than in store customers.
Prepare to wait like 20+ minutes to have your food prepared.

I thought Freebirds had decent food until we ate there a couple days ago. We had not been there in quite some time. It was absolutely tasteless. The food displayed looked like it had been sitting for quite awhile and not fresh at all. I ordered 2 soft shell tacos. Only ate half of one. Couldn't be more disappointed!

10 out of 10 for this visit. This was my first time eating free birds and I was not disappointed. The prices were reasonable for the amount that you get. As you can see in the picture, it is an extremely large burrito. I ordered the monster with chicken. I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a good burrito. I would definitely be returning soon.

Eaten here a few times- we actually have had our monthly book club meet here more than once! Always been delicious- not too long of a wait and the staff has always been friendly.
That being said I have to bring in my own water to drink- the water from the soda fountain has been undrinkable. Not a deal breaker by any means- but so far anyone I've asked who has tried the water said they almost threw up.
But hey- you're going there for food, right?! ??

I keep having good experiences at this location, burritos are good and the new guajillo arbol salsa is delicious. However the water has a bad taste at the drink fountain, it’d be nice if it didn’t.

Absolutely love it here. This is a big corporate brand doing it correctly, handing out coupons as if it was candy seasoning everything accordingly and perfectly and making huge portions relatively affordable.
I literally spend $40 a month here guaranteed ?‍↔️
