Ordered a cake and cupcakes for our baby shower and they came out completely wrong. My dad went in person just to make sure the order would be correct- get everything the day prior for it to be the wrong colors… cut the cake the next day and it was the wrong flavors. Just horrible. Luckily we had someone at the shower who was able to semi correct their errors such as wrong icing color but we had to spend our own money to fix something we paid to be done correctly the first time. Will never go back to them again. Recommended Randall’s or any other HEB bakery

Lydia at the bakery was amazing! Needed a cake with Mandarin Chinese writing for a birthday and she was able to do it so skillfully! It came out looking awesome. She was more than willing to assist and lend her expertise. So grateful for her talent and kindness. Having this cake for the event made it a great moment! Thank you Lydia!

I'm so distrub, I and my employees are very upset at the service that was provided on a full sheet cake that was made by heb..... upon arrival it just had the star wars trimming around it and total was almost 100.00 ask why and the response was ??♀️ ask for writing and looks like my 4yr old did it. Cake wasn't fresh it was stale... I only took it because it was needed for my manager going away temporarily party. I'm ?!!!

Horrible experience. Ordered a plain flat pink cake for a bday. They put some decorative borders on it. If I order a cake days in advance with specific simple instructions I expect just what I ordered. The plan to make Peppa Pig from the cake went out the window because now I was supposed to have Peppa Pig with decorative borders.They “fixed” it but see the picture, they cannot even make one simple flat cake.I had cupcakes as well they only gave me half the order of the cup cakes, I had to ask for the other half.I told they employee that I don’t have time to wait for the fixing if it’s long she said “sorry you are late” you should be sorry for not being able to do one simple flat pink cake.I didn’t think I’d need an upscale bakery for a simple flat pink cake but obviously I do because H‑E‑B bakery employees have no clue what they are doing.
