I'm so distrub, I and my employees are very upset at the service that was provided on a full sheet cake that was made by heb..... upon arrival it just had the star wars trimming around it and total was almost 100.00 ask why and the response was ??♀️ ask for writing and looks like my 4yr old did it. Cake wasn't fresh it was stale... I only took it because it was needed for my manager going away temporarily party. I'm ?!!!

I have always shopped here and since Covid I've weekly had deliveries of my groceries and loved it! Apparently they decided to stop doing H-E-B delivery and instead use favor, which is about the worst of all the delivery companies. I now go grocery shopping at Walmart.

HELLO... I'm Kim & my husband is Tim. We are fairly new (almost a year now) to Texas from So California (we're both born & raised in Cali). H-E-B is an amazing grocery store but some of the employees/partners are EXTRA AMAZING!!! We HAVE TO write a review for an OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, EXCELLENT employee/partner that works in the Deli department (where he gets his sliced turkey). His name is TOSIN... Tosin is such an amazing person! He always goes out of his way to say Hi to us & ask how we're doing! Tosin deserves to be recognized & for H-E-B to know what an asset he is to your company! We actually go straight to the deli counter when we come in now because of his outstanding customer service with us & everyone he comes in contact with while shopping at your store. I called today and when they picked up they asked how they could help, great start. When i asked if i could speak to the floral department, they hung up on me. I called back, pressed 5 to speak to the floral department. When they answered they were very quick to answer my questions, they "don't do holds during the holidays", understandable. Again, ended with just being hung up on and i wasn't done asking questions. both calls were under a minute. i wasn't very satisfied : (

The app says the store closes at noon, the voice message says the holiday hours the store closes at noon. But apparently curbside closes at 11 and they will cancel ur order if you are not there by exactly 11. Staff at H‑E‑B care more about getting home early instead of filling customers grocery orders. People work on holidays, get over it. I see no reason curbside could not have stayed open until 12 like the rest of the store. And H‑E‑B could have done so much better at relaying the very early closing hours to customers who did place orders at that time. Walmart has better customer service. Walmart understand customers need FOOD from a grocery store. I will be taking my business to Walmart.

Horrible experience. Ordered a plain flat pink cake for a bday. They put some decorative borders on it. If I order a cake days in advance with specific simple instructions I expect just what I ordered. The plan to make Peppa Pig from the cake went out the window because now I was supposed to have Peppa Pig with decorative borders.They “fixed” it but see the picture, they cannot even make one simple flat cake.I had cupcakes as well they only gave me half the order of the cup cakes, I had to ask for the other half.I told they employee that I don’t have time to wait for the fixing if it’s long she said “sorry you are late” you should be sorry for not being able to do one simple flat pink cake.I didn’t think I’d need an upscale bakery for a simple flat pink cake but obviously I do because H‑E‑B bakery employees have no clue what they are doing.

My whole life I have grocery shopped at HEB and one thing I learned very early on is that you can always count on the amazing customer service. Not Today though. I stopped by the HEB gas station and just minutes after my car wouldn't start mind you I am 8 months pregnant and it was so hot this morning!! naturally I was overwhelmed I wait a couple minutes before I call for help. The lady working the pumps proceeds to walk up to my car and ask if I was having car troubles which to I replied "Yes, my car wont start" I kid you not this HEB employee continues to tell me that I need to move asap and that I cant be parked there (this was after I told her my car wouldn't start" she then suggested that I ask random men who were also Pumping gas for help constantly pestering me to move knowing that in that moment there was absolutely nothing that I can do I proceeded to roll up my window and ignore her. Although, I will mention that another young lady also working in the little both came out and offered me a water for that I was so thankful. She was so kind. My point is dont be an ass to people, especially a woman who is very pregnant, emotional and swollen!!

I came here on my trip to Bandera to buy deer corn. The corn at H-E-B is among the cleanest especially for a flavored corn and despite inflation pushing the price up, their price is still very competitive. They had employees available to help me load up all the bags of corn, and throw them in the back of my truck for me.

Whenever you need food and booze this is the place for you. The sell just about anything imaginable....well almost everything. From full size live oak trees to live oak Hefeweizen, they got you covered! Just wish they had more cashiers working. It gets pretty crowded during peak hours(5-9pm) (9am-1pm)

Excellent HEB location that isn't brand new but also has been built within the last 10 years to offer some of the cool new HEB features. I especially enjoy the selection of wine and cheese that has been incorporated here along with a deli. It's also in a great shopping center location with adjacent restaurants and a nice place to leave and drop off my dry cleaning. The produce is always fresh and the staff is always helpful.

One of the most poorly run H-E-B's that I have shopped in over the many years my family has been shopping in H-E-B stores. Really no excuse for the continuing level of out of stock items daily/weekly/monthly ongoing. H-E-B really needs to have their management team visit this store and see first hand how poorly this store is run. Customer service is nonexistent. The store is typically dirty as well. Shame on you H‑E‑B for allowing one of your flagship H-E-B Plus stores to get in this condition!
