This location is horrible. I ordered a number 1. The produce was good and the protein but when I asked for a pack of mustard....it was dark yellow like almost brown. Super old like they don't rotate their items. Plus their taco's are premade. So you can't pay for extra meat. The meat isn't even real meat. It's mystery meat

The crew who served families on Christmas Day, you are all amazing! As a family of 7 - we understand how difficult it can be to take orders (especially if 3/7 have worked in service industry), so we try to organize our family as well as we can for the service workers. The crew working the during 1pm(ish) - you’ve excelled!! I’m not sure the age range of the employees during this time, but they did amazing. No pressure even though the line was around the road! (On Christmas Day!!!) You are ALL appreciated. If there is any management or anyone who can produce some sort of recognition, please recognize these individuals. Happy holidays.
I haven’t had Jack in the box in a while so I decided to go tonight after a long day of work. There were only 2 of us in the drive thru. I literally watched the guy in the drive thru spill drink all over my cups. The guy tried handing me dripping wet cups and I had to ask for a napkin first. He wipes it and gives them to me. I wait at the window about 3 mins for him to come back and ask me to park in spot one to wait for 1 burger meal and 1 chicken sandwich meal. Waited about 5 more minutes and he brought my bag out. I only had 1 order of fries although I order two meals. I got out and went in to get my other fries. The guy sarcastically told me thank you as I walked out. Thanking me for what? No apology. Empathy or nothing but thank me? I just didn’t have the energy to entertain it. I get home and my chicken sandwich wrong. I simply asked for no mayo, mustard instead and to add onion. My receipt even reflect that. I had mayo. No onion. I won’t be back. It was just so much to get a quick bite to eat. The cooks were acting loud and ghetto. Order #101 8:33p
