Ordered 2 sandwiches on their app for pick up. One sandwich was right, the other one was incorrect. The order was #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak: Giant Bacon, Philly Chicken, White American Cheese, Ranch, Lettuce, Tomatoes in Rosemary Parmesan Bread. I got bread with chicken and cheese ONLY! I was so disappointed. I called them right away, Mia answered, I related the problem and she was pleasant, apologized and offered a refund or to remake the sandwich as ordered. I thanked her for her good customer service. Went back picked up the sandwich and got some free sandwich cards. Thank you Mia for making it RIGHT!

I love jersey mikes but this location is abysmal. 80% of the time I order, I get home and it’s wrong. I love sitting in rush hour traffic to pick up the food that I ordered and get home to find out it not at all what I ordered. Look at the receipt and put the correct food in the bag for Christ sakes. I’m done with this place.

The food is OK but the service at this location is completely horrible. The manager or worker was very rude to a customer. Was basically yelling at s paying customer and frightened my family member who is with Me . We will not be returning.
We got the wrong order from DoorDash from this place. however we went to the store and Grayson and Olivia were so amazing at making it right we appreciate the teams response and the foods always good here

So I bought a number 8 regular. All I ask for extra was tomatoes & mayo How come i was charged for extra bacon? These guys really need to pay attention to what they're doing. And a sad part is I didn't notice it until today. It happened yesterday 6 27 24.@12:32pm and I was like dang for a regular sandwich and chips that's was a bit much well now I know why
