Just went in @ 9:15 pm because there online ordering was turned off and they told me they only had one pizza left and they weren't going to make more and they had no crazybread and they are supposed to be open for 45 more mins this is bull

Drove 15 minutes from buda to get a hot and ready and they didn't have any pizza at all. Guy told me it would be a 45 minute wait for 1 pizza. The store was filthy even in the lobby.

I ordered pizza from DoorDash we all were too tired to cook my daughter took a bite of the pizza and felt something cut her she pulled out a huge pice of glass from inside the pizza covered in sauce and cheese I called and asked to speak to a manager and he told me to call back tomorrow since they are already closed the worst experience ever please make sure you are looking at what u are eating very carefully would not want this to happen to anyone else .

Ordered food for my Husband to pick up. App told me that the food didn’t fit in the portal and to go to the counter. My husband goes to the counter and the worker tells him something along the lines that if he had looked further, he would have seen it. Who talks to customers like this? Anyways, my sauce was missing, so I call to see if I can be refunded for it, and a guy tells me they would have to refund the whole order and he didn’t think they would do that and the only way would be to come pick it up.. really? Y’all can’t refund 1 thing??? Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

The time indicated on the app for my order pickup was approximately 30 minutes, but when I arrived to pick up the pizzas, I still had to wait another 1.5 hours. 2 hours total for a 4-pizza order is just too bad for the store's service! And I couldn't cancel it! Please don't go!

Cashier seemed Annoyed with everyone. Placed one order online and one in person to see if the quality was any different… NOPE There was no more sauce then topping and the only topping was CHEESE. It was mostly bread and sauce

Why are the workers smoking in front of the store?

Terrible from start to finish. This team/location and manager don't seem to have an action plan as to making the wrong order for a family who half can't eat for the night. It's father's day. Everything has gone here and there all day. So as a father, I wanted us not to cook for a night, so we all scrapped together enough to get pizza from the lowest of the low price, quality, craftsmanship, and service(turned out) and STILL got our order wrong. The manager argued that there was NOTHING they could do, without any remorse or compassion about the situation. Never again. I invite and applaud anyone and everyone to save your time, money, effort and happiness by boycotting this establishment and supporting a better brand of pizza(most others).

Absolutely terrible service. They consistently get the order wrong. When you call to get help they are awful and extremely unprofessional saying they have been too busy. Don’t worry they won’t have to worry about being too busy too long. Keep it up. Needs new management. Too bad because it doesn’t seem that difficult to make a pepperoni pizza. Love the company/chain. Absolutely trash location.

They were very short handed and I had to wait thirty min just for breadsticks. The lady at the register was very rude to all customers. About ten people waiting to order . Was very frustrating

I ordered online and the driver stole my order, they were kind enough to refund me and remake the order but the quality was so low and the expirence put a bad taste in my mouth, if you will. The opener was kind and handled everything for me but the closer who originally messed up and then lost my order really bothered me with the direscept.
