Little Caesars Pizza

This location has gone downhill through the years. They never have pizzas ready. So whats the point of the hot and ready. Always have people waiting and if you don't pick up your pizza within a few minutes of it bing ready they will literally give to anyone who is waiting even if you ordered ahead. I have had that happen to me twice, I was literally standing in line waiting after I had told them I was there to pick up. The last time my crazy bread was hard as a rock. The portal rarely works. I always order ahead, it said it was loaded in at 637. I show up at 645, there are 6 other customers waiting. The portal is not working so I have to wait in line. The employee would come help one person and disappear back into the back. At least 4 workers all chit chatting, could see one of the guys eating a slice of pizza while brushing the bread. Another employee came up to ask one of the customers for the third time about his order, I had to stop her as she turned away to disappear behind again to get my order out of the portal.
Again it was loaded at 637pm, I arrived at 645pm finally walked out with it at 708pm.
No words just handed me the order and walked away.

Guaranteed to NEVER ever have hot and ready pizza! And of course to order one is always an hour wait!

Fire everyone and start over, or just shut this location down. Always, a horrible experience.

I just saw the manager give away a big order, with no communication.
As the customer walked in, the manager was already en route the pizza portal.
I can see where the time goes, and it's not to the customer

No hot and ready pizzas 3 visits in a row. Wait to even be talked to at the counter for 10 minutes. People have to stand to wait. No chairs to even sit. Literally a failed chain

I visited the Little Caesars location in Kyle Texas I found the person that was working the register was very friendly and very knowledgeable I will visit this location again ☺️

Katherine the GM left a whole crew on a Sunday night without any Manager or lead to help their team run efficiently. This is now the 2nd time I have received poor service at this location due to poor management. I will be reaching out to corporate

It's an hour+ wait for anything and there's no hot & ready items. I came here for quick food but what I got was unnecessarily delayed food from a lack of cooks

Came in and ordered an italian cheesebread and cheesteak crazy puffs. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait. As of now its been 30 minutes and the cashier has asked me what my order is five times now. 1 hour wait for any people ordering otherwise. Terrible service.

Probably one of the worst little Caesars I have been to. Every time I walk in for a quick hot and ready the wait time is always an hour or longer. Employees always seem stressed and sometimes mite come off as rude

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and got cheese. I added a picture as well. Too late to try and re order since having it delivered.

Food Isnt the same anymore dry as can be and Marinara Cup barley anything in it. So Stingy and Rude Service today towards myself and another Customer . Happy the Pizza was cut for once .
