They did a great job and is just as good as the NB location. It is a bit more expensive but worth it for a nice occasion

Expensive. We averaged $40 a person and only 2 people had a margarita. The fajitas are good, but on par with other good fajita places. The rest of the Tex Mex is ok. In a state full of great mom and pop Mexican Lupe Tortilla feels like a pass.

Upbeat atmosphere but food quality overpriced... My Salmon was charred and dry, I can do better at home and the rice wasn't served with beans as mentioned in menu.
Bar doesn't make drinks on call only on menu... Too busy and overpriced for quality of food...

Been here like twice place is good but today on dec 23 my husband bday we got here at 7:45 pm waiting bout 20 min wait that was fine normal but as we came to the table sat down waitress took are drink orders and and appetizer everything was going well she comes backs after 10 min places are order boom everything was good till it got to 8:30 pm we still waiting on are food nothing waitress takes her time thats fine then the manager comes says are ticket was misplaced from are food plus she says i will take care of it comes says she discounted drinks and queso and kids meal plus she says we can get that food out in 5-10 min mind you its 8:30 pm then the waitress comes says “ oh are system had a glitch so witch one is it misplaced ticket or glitch in system so i get up approach manager tell her to instead cancel the food we are no longer waiting mind you its already 9:20 and she said at 8:45 food will be out 5-10 min its kind of understandable if they where busy but really where not other tables had got ther food beside are table and they came in after us but we will not be eating here mind you its good but the service today was not it

Service was slow and horrible. We waited 15-20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Waiter walked around the restaurant with nothing in his hand and didn't even bother to check on our table. Food showed up 35-40 minutes after ordering and as I figured it was cold. I complained to the manager and the only excuse she could give me was that they were busy. I told her that there is no excuse for our waiter to forget to check on our table. I will never return to this location again.

I work too hard for my money to just give it away!!!! We have been here 3 times and this is my last time. What broke the camels back?! Well I would go on, but I won't. You'll see.....I am giving my money to Roadhouse or another restaurant who is not Prejudice and knows how to treat people spending their hard earned money. Keep your Lupe tortilla, dried up food. That's not how we make it at home. We'll see how long they stay open. You dont treat your customers right then its Bye bye 👋. We the people have the power 💪

I’m not sure why this place has so low of a score because it is amazing! And the service to the food everything was delicious and overall a great experience. Our server, Ixhel, was just the sweetest, very kind and knowledgeable of the menu and on top of everything even though she had plenty of tables to serve. We’ve even called the manager over to tell her how good of a job she’s doing, because I know a lot of people only like to voice complaints and we like to also share the positive. Can’t go wrong with their margs and the fish tacos. We’ll be back soon!

Ordered delivery from door dash on Friday night. We attempted delivery on Thursday night but the order got canceled by the restaurant. I should’ve taken that as a sign. It took almost 2 hours for the order to arrive. The dasher was waiting for quite a while. We spent over $90 on 1.5lbs of beef fajitas only to get the fajitas with NO tortillas or cheese/guac/pico/sour cream. To say it was a bummer would be an huge understatement. We also added the Jalapeño shrimp. Not sure if it was supposed to or not but it didn’t come with the butter sauce. If we would’ve dined in, all of this could have been fixed. The beef fajitas are still as good as I remember though Im still upset I didn’t get to enjoy the full experience.
Don't come here for to-go ordering unless you want your curbside text to be ignored, food to be 10 minutes late, and be ignored at the to-go counter.

We had our son’s college graduation dinner hosted at Lupe Tortilla Restaurant on December 14th in a private setting. The Manager Dylan worked with us in getting this event organized and ready. Dylan and his staff did an excellent job in making this event a beautiful and memorable occasion. The service and food provided was fantastic. We were so impressed that we look forward to having other events at Lupe’s in the future. Thank you Dylan & staff.

We hosted a private dining event today and the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, organization, and attention to detail were evident. I can’t express enough how outstanding the service was. Our group of 40 was taken care of by only two servers, and Vinny and Allen exceeded every expectation. Their speed, attentiveness, and professionalism were truly impressive, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone in our party.
The food was tender, juicy, and fresh—which is especially important when serving a large group. Every dish was delivered perfectly, and the quality did not suffer despite the size of our party. We will absolutely be returning for future events.
