I ordered Biscuit with sausage too small đŠ
I asked the manager when McDonaldâs stopped blending McFlurrys and then went back and half. Blended it. McDonaldâs should look at upgrading machines to blend it better or have better training. Also, McDonaldâs should allow adding pickles as an option for snack wraps. Tired of asking for side of pickles then not getting any.

I genuinely hate that this is the only McDonaldâs in my entire morning route. The food is always fresh but man the morning workers are beyond rude! EVERY time I go they have no basic manners or simple drive through etiquette. They donât say good morning , have a nice day or anything at that! & if they say anything itâs just so aggressive. Iâve dealt with this for months now & Iâm finally writing this because today when I went to the second window the lady didnât acknowledge me what so ever & just tossed my food at me. The tossing was new.
Around two weeks ago I literally got into an argument with another cashier because she rang my sandwich up with a bunch of up charges instead of pressing the correct button for a standard sandwich. (Iâve worked for McDonaldâs in the past, I understood exactly what she was doing wrong). I told her nicely that it wasnât correct and she got so upset with me that she started getting loud. She ended up giving me a âshooâ hand gesture and told me to go to the next window. I couldnât believe it.

This location is trash. Past 4 times I've got they have messed something up. 3 times ago they forgot the order of nuggets and the side of mac sauce. 2 times ago the quarter pound was a mc double and this last time they forgot the 10 peice nuggets again. It's really sad to see the lack of care that it put into people's orders especially what these fast food workers are getting payed now a days.

Ordered 2 large McFlurrys, was missing one and some other items. Went to the counter to tell them one was missing & they handed us wrong size. Told them it was supposed to be larger and the manager had an attitude. Canât even pull out the receipt because the kiosks hardly ever have receipt paper in them. On top of that all the food took forever to come out and was cold once we got it. Itâs freezing outside and the play area is freezing also.
Last time waited an hour in the drive through for a happy meal.
And another time ordered an item only to be told at the window they donât even have it. Offered me another item & gave me the small size even though the item they were replacing costs more.

If you're going through the drive-thru be careful they always mess up they even mess up when you order through the app their services terrible they talk ugly to customers and the atmosphere is dangerous there's always homeless people there begging for money outside be careful

The atmosphere was ok, although I miss restaurants having music instead of tv. Music was more conducive to conversation with your companions. The food was mediocre, specifically the fries were cold. I like the shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce, so the home style burger was pretty good. I donât like that they removed the drink machines from the lobby. I also donât like ordering at the kiosk. Mine had no table tent numbers and I had to get one from the other kiosk, then mine didnât print a receipt, so I had to get one from the front counter person, who never spoke a word. I definitely miss the personal touch. Overall it was cold and lifeless as a restaurant. Toward the end of our meal, they turned the ac on high, but it was already chilly outside. It felt like they wanted to rush us out. Anyway, thereâs a few things that they could improve on.

Restaurantji Recommends
This is the second night I've come get for an Uber order right around midnight. They insisted on me waiting in the ridiculously long drive tru line... For over 20 minutes! There was a lot of people inside, including very young children, again, around midnight, but they force Uber drivers to cancel or wait in the drive thru

TERRIBLE customer service. I had the most simple question over the phone and I was heavily dismissed. called the San Marcos location and asked the same question, got a 10/10 service. this place sucks.

Made an order through the app for pickup. We ordered two McRib meals and a couple of other things. He never looked in the bag to make sure everything was in there. He gets home and we notice two of the McRibs that we ordered are not in the bag. So I call McDonald's to let them know that he's on our way back to go pick up the McRibs. The lady informs me that she couldn't put them in the bag because they were out of the McRibs. It was never communicated with us they were out of the McRibs and to see if we wanted something else or a refund. It's a little ridiculous if you ask me. đ

I ordered through the drive thru and when I got home, I noticed my order was wrong. I called McDonald's in Kyle, Texas. I was told just to stop by anytime and let them know the items I was missing. They would gladly replace them. I went today and to my surprise they said they could not do anything because I did not talk to the manager. It was very frustrating.
