Stopped by the McDonald’s on Kyle Center Drive this yesterday morning and everything was quick, hot, and just what I needed to start the day. It was a bit busy but they still managed to get my meal out pretty quick. I ordered the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit meal with a hash brown and orange juice. The biscuit was soft and buttery, the sausage and egg were fresh, and the cheese added the perfect touch. The hash brown came out crispy and golden, and the orange juice was refreshing. Service was fast, and my order was made just right. Definitely a solid breakfast stop—five stars all the way!

Got a fish sandwich combo and large sized it and the sandwich fish was chewy and nasty fries were dry and I got a large I sized it and you get a med drink they call the large an extra large and it was 289 I would never go back or recommend ot

Given the wrong order, no receipt, I go back and the manager can't pull up my order. Instead I have to repeat my order 4 times. Handed the order and but I couldn't grab it and it ended up on the floor. Zero apologies.

Place was PACKED but the food was cook and order was 95% correct, so my kids were happy ( I am not THAT picky if a few items were wrong, amongst the huge amount of food we bought that day). feeding parents and 6 kids....its all good if they miss a fries here and there. no biggie. the staff were nice and (even overloaded with customers), staff were quick on their feet and continued to smile and be kind

The McDonald’s in Kyle doesn’t even deserve a one star rating first they hand out my order to some random person and the manager on duty on 7/18 around 9pm could care less I had to prove I hadn’t received my order. Finally got my order and get home with an incomplete order. Drive all the way back to get eyes rolled and thrown the missing item at me on top of the counter by the same manager. Not a I am sorry not even eye contact waiting to see if I needed anything else White shirt manager with long black hair that was braided into one French braid with glasses pathetic and waste of money manager McDonald’s do better
Service awesome food also but when I went to sit at the table it was dirty and it's crazy very time I go inside to eat management and associates are talking laughing and not cleaning I use to run a fast restaurant cleaning was very important so on today this morning all tables and chairs are all dirty like the closers very clean before leaving there shift . If I was a mystery shopper yall would fail for cleaning

OMG!!!! I love this McDonalds and I love it even more after this previous time i went. I ordered 4 piece chicken nuggets, a quarter pounder, fries, sprite, and a ranch. When I looked in the bag, there was a ranch that looked like a war survivor with a cut in it and ranch oozing out, my 4 piece had 3 CHICKEN NUGGETS, and I wouldn't be surprised if my quarter pounder had a bite in it. Luckily it didn't but I expect so little of this restaurants but they exceeded my expectations. Please come here you will love it.(if you are a lunatic)
