Ordered a quarter lb with cheese, ketchup only. I got one with everything, the bun was stale from sitting out, the meat was dry. Also fries were old and not salted. Couldn't even understand the female on the intercom when she asked me a question. Will no go to this restaurant again

I had a terrible experience at the McDonaldâs in Kyle, TX (5325 Kyle Center Drive, Store #33091). I ordered four Minecraft Meals because my kids were excited about the collectible toys, but when we got home, we realized the toys were missing, along with a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets!
I tried calling the store multiple times while eating my food, but no one ever answered. After a 10-hour shift, the last thing I wanted to do was waste 40 minutes of my time driving back just to get what I already paid for.
When I finally returned, one manager said theyâd take my number and call me in the morning after checking the cameras. Then another manager told me theyâd give me the toys this time, but next time, if I didnât come back within 20 minutes, they wouldnât fix any issues. Excuse me?! I live 20 minutes away, so theyâre basically saying if McDonaldâs messes up my order, I have no chance of getting it fixed? Thatâs unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the manager never apologized or offered any sort of compensation for the mistake or my wasted time. I wasnât even offered a complimentary item for the inconvenience.
Letâs be realâif McDonaldâs actually put everything I PAID for in my bag, I wouldnât have to waste my time driving back! No customer wants to deal with this, especially after a long workday. I bought four meals specifically for the toys, and they couldnât even get that right.
Management needs to do better. Customers keep this business running, and we deserve better service, better accountability, and at the very least, the full orders we paid for, along with an apology when mistakes are made.

If there's one thing you can count on from this McDonald's its consistency. They will get your order wrong every single time. I live in the area so its a convenient stop but damn... get it right once, maybe? I recommend not to leave the window until you check the bag.

Terrible service I pay for sauce I get it itâs cents but like if u canât read a damn screen u shouldnât be putting items in the bag plain and simple yalls job isnât that hard u read a screen and put items I. The bag and make sure everything is right I use to work at McDonald when I was younger its not that difficult

Okay speed and food quality kiosk gave no recipient. Mens restroom had no TP and broken soap dispenser.
