I have NO IDEA why people are leaving bad reviews, look....I eat out A LOT and this place is a greenlight in my book. The brisket was super moist, huge portions unlike other BBQ joints. Pour your own beers, the corn fritters rocked my face off.. And yes they use real corn. Chef has gauges, and when a chef has gauges in his or her ears you know it's gonna be GREAT food. The location is super clean. I really APPRECIATE THAT. I mean spotless even the vents!!! They wore gloves at the right times removed them when touching money.....so I was ecstatic to see their sanitation was 100!!! I had above and beyond service from an employee named Ray, who was just kind, patient, and extremely informative for my first visit.The loaded spud is something I would come back for!! I'm a huge potato fan. The potato salad was yummies, too.The frito pie was delicious...
The food was very very good. Tender, well seasoned meat. We had the creamed corn and Mac anc cheese and both were hot,creamy and stellar flavors! Customer service was a 10/10!!! Will be a UC favorite!?
