WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION !!! I’ve been to many locations with great service and without any issues. First my kids are very limited to where they can eat due to their food allergies but MOD gives alternative to accommodate allergies. Prior to ordering 2 MODS I expressed to the line cook that my kids are very allergic to dairy. She was not reassuring really gave a sense of carelessness to the fact, and honestly I don’t think she was trained properly on how to handle food to prevent cross contamination when dealing with customers with food allergies. I as the parent should’ve called quits at that very moment but foolishly I proceeded with my order. Only because my kids have ate MOD pizza with no allergic reactions before. Sure enough my kids eat the pizza and started to break out in hives and running to the bathroom. Very disappointed in the service I received today and I’m sure cleanliness played a MAJOR part in this as well. The line was so nasty I asked her to pull everything from the bottom of the line. I’ve been in Kyle for 5 years and this location has really lost the drive of service and cleanliness cause overall the restaurant was nasty. Truthfully I’m the fool in all of this because even with all the red flags I still ordered. Hopefully management can address these issues to prevent the next customer from the the experience my family experienced. This time was some Benadryl and a stomach ache next time it can be someone’s child life.

We love MOD but sadly the last 3-4 times we have been here the drinks are empty the tables are messy and they are understaffed. The staff is Always pleasant but we are upset with the consistency. And MAINLY the drink station.

Went to Mod yesterday. One of the guys (taller, skinnier dude) appeared hardworking and polite. There was another employee (shorter with a bird’s nest of mop hair) that was extremely rude and entitled. If you see him, expect to be ignored then talked to in a snarky and demeaning way. Making the pizza appeared to be an inconvenience and even the way he threw the toppings on there was done in a passive aggressive way and poor way. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but the way he treated me and the only 2 other people in the not at all busy restaurant deserved to be shared.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at MOD pizza. They always have friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and good pizza.

Fast and i mean FAST service. If you're on a constrained lunch hour or, don't have much time while running chores -- this is your place to go. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and I do like that you can basically go crazy with whatever toppings you want. The pizza? Eh, it's OK-ish.
