Well to put it simply stated. I am a Mr Gattis top fan. I visit about 4 or 5 times a week.
I'm not sure how good it is but almost every person knows me and my order. It feels like after you move out but still go to visit. I usually have small special requests and I am taken care of like it is always done the way I order.
Each person that I come into contact with always makes me welcome.
Thanks to everyone here for doing an outstanding job and always keeping the quality of Mr Gattis a top notch position.
There is always other choices but visiting friends makes it special.

I called in an order. The customer service is great everyone is so friendly, Elliot I think his name was, was especially nice and helpful. I got the meat market pizza was fresh and didn’t seem rushed, i felt prioritized even when it was pretty busy, I will definitely be returning to order more!

This is the worst mr gattis I’ve ever been too. 30 minutes went to an hour and a half. When we got pizza it was cold and looked like driver was taking corners like a nascar driver. The pizza I ordered had no cheese and way too much sauce. When I called they tried lying and said I ordered it that way when I know dam well I didn’t!!

Where do I even start? Management is TERRIBLE!! If you don’t get rid of your General Manager, Your store will not be open for more than 2 more years. The Owner of this store needs to take ACTION. I love Mr.Gattis until i came here. GUYS! Keep your money please.

Seriously don’t order your pizza here, raw and uncooked. The manager was snippy and passive aggressive with me on the phone then called the police on me for showing up with their uncooked pizza for a refund without even speaking with me. Trash manager. This location is ran by immature staff. Plenty of pizza elsewhere. Unsafe pizza willing to place you in an unsafe situation to avoid accountability. This place was better with their last manager who actually held respect, seriously this lady sucks and is 20-30 years older than the last one. Makes no sense, and don’t make me post the video…

I have lived in Texas for three years and recently heard positive reviews about Gatti’s which led me to try it out today and never again. A coworker placed an order for us, requesting a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. However, we received A whole pepperoni pizza with jalapeños instead. It also tasted like cold pizza out of fridge from yesterday. Not only that whoever the girl was handing out online orders is rude and should pick another job if she either hates people so much or the job itself .

Never have plates/ napkins. My son actually ended up throwing up the pizza which is unlikely of him. The place was not clean. Pizza looked rushed. Very very bad experience. Don't think my family and I will be visiting this mr.gattis. Once again this is my experience does not mean yours will be the same.

Don’t waste your time and money. I won’t be coming here anymore, the San Marcos store is further but at least my pizza is hot. I ordered a pizza. It was on a wire rack and not under a lamp or warmer... It was very cold.... At least the San Marcos store keeps it in a warmer and is friendly.

You pay too much money for what u get I have been a Mr Gattis customer for 30 years and Kyle Mr Gattis sucks!! If u give your order multiple times times clearly and wait patiently it should be right. Then they offer nothing no drink or discount just wait we will remake the pizza. That’s how you treat loyal customers either accept your order or your time means nothing. Pitiful business.

Big longtime fan of Gattis since my dad drove for them in the 90s.
Would have liked a way to tip when paying by card, hopefully the folks get paid okay.

Placed a delivery order from here and when it got here, we discovered they sent the wrong order. Called and spoke with manager Stephanie (I think that’s what her name was) and she was so sweet and professional and gave me 3 options to make it right. I chose to get a refund and it was taken care of immediately. Thank you Steph!!
