My parents ordered a pizza for myself and kids. And accidentally order light sauce and light cheese. It was extremely dry. I contacted Mr.Gattis at this location and spoke with Stephanie. She was quick to remake the order with regular sauce and cheese. Told me it would be ready in about 7 minutes. She didn’t charge me to remake the pizza, even tho I offered to pay the difference. I normally don’t do these things but I wanted to give her a shout out, for understanding the situation....

Well to put it simply stated. I am a Mr Gattis top fan. I visit about 4 or 5 times a week.
I'm not sure how good it is but almost every person knows me and my order. It feels like after you move out but still go to visit. I usually have small special requests and I am taken care of like it is always done the way I order.
Each person that I come into contact with always makes me welcome.

I called in an order. The customer service is great everyone is so friendly, Elliot I think his name was, was especially nice and helpful. I got the meat market pizza was fresh and didn’t seem rushed, i felt prioritized even when it was pretty busy, I will definitely be returning to order more!
