Very clean and neat, washroom clean and well stocked, very nice service staff, nice touch is salt and pepper shakers on every table, not the packet stuff 😀

Speedy service, incredible customer service, amazing food and great quality ingredients. The place was clean and family friendly. The manager was the nicest guy we’ve ever met. And literally the best burger and shake I’ve ever had in any state. Highly recommend

Sunday night we went to dine in, food tasted good. Sadly this is the second time I get food poisoning when eating there, and this time 2 more people in the family got sick too. Something bad is going on there and is not good, please fix it.

Tried them for the first time 3 days ago and came back again because my children wanted to and they actually eat everything here. They normally leave half at other restaurants. Service great food and friendly staff. Job well done 2nd time this week?

The slightly short Mexican guy at the window sucked. Unfriendly and didn’t hand food/ beverages properly. I think he’s new and would like to request he work in the back instead, please.

I went to grab a bite to eat and was completely ignored by the staff they laughed and ignored me like I wasn't there everyone was incredibly rude waited 15mims while they helped everyone but me

Garrett was in the drive through this evening and not only was our order perfect but he was so patient and friendly. I appreciate the hospitality, it was so refreshing.

This was the first P. Terry's that had indoor seating. I enjoyed the atmosphere, a futuristic vibe. Food was as good as usual. The Double Cheeseburger was great, fries on point, and the Chocolate Peppermint Shake was perfect. Good Job, P. Terry's.

We came 2 minutes before early closing on a holiday - the staff here were so welcoming and accommodating. We really appreciated the great service we received. We come to this P Terry's frequently and the food is consistent.

I have cervical cancer and went through treatment today. I struggle with eating because I've been so sick recently. I thought I might be able to eat a burger on a wheat bun specifically because they aren't as rough on my stomach, so my husband went to get me one. We live in Buda and he traveled to the Kyle location. When he arrived home with the food, my hamburger was not on a wheat bun. It might seem like a small thing, but to me right now during treatment I have to eat the items that I can stomach. My husband went back to the store and spoke to the shift lead and showed him the receipt. The employees seemed like they had been smoking marijuana and fought with my husband while implying that he was lying about the burger being incorrect, despite my husband having been there 45 min prior and having the receipt. The employee refused to give him a new hamburger on a wheat bun, which seems like the least that he could have done and is a jarring hill to die on. My husband asked to speak to a manager about how rudely the employee was treating him, but the employee claimed he could not give him the store manager's information or correct our order. By the time my husband finally returned with the correct food, after being forced to buy another burger, I was feeling too ill to eat again. I usually love p. terrys, but I feel really upset by our treatment this evening and it's been one more thing in addition to the issues we already have going on in our lives. Something as simple as a hamburger on a wheat bun shouldn't cause this much upset. Perhaps it might be prudent to re-train your employees on customer relationships and how to handle mistakes with decorum. We will likely not be coming back to your establishment.
