Today, my wife and I were really excited to try out this new location, but it ended with great dissapointment. When we arrived the place was busy and it was good that they had two employees at the the register with to tablets running as you walk inside. The employee that took our order was patient as we looked over the menu to decide what we want to eat. I would like to say that it would have been nice if she have asked if I have a rewards account to accur points. Come to find out as well that my wife could have choice of chips, apple or baguette which was not asked while we order her pick two soup and salad. They just automatically give you the baguette. The employees should be trained on to ask questions to the guest or at least give then options. They were out of the French Dip by 1:30 pm so I decided to order the whole Chibatta Cheesesteak. After we ordered and got out drinks we decided to eat outside since it was a nice day also when we arrive there wasn't any guest that were out there at that time. I notice that the outside potion had a lot of trash on the ground that looked like it sat there for a long time I wasn't expecting anything emaculant just picked up. You can tell how nice a restaurant is base on how well they keep there dining area clean. The outside was definetly neglected. It took about 20 min for our order to be ready. After I got our order, I sat down I could tell just by looking at the sandwich that there wasn't hardly any meat on it and when I opened the sandwich there was less than 3oz of meat for the whole sandwich ( I would say 1.5 oz of meat on each half). I sat there and really contemplated on taking it back to get a refund and eat somewhere else. My wife's salad was good but the chicken and wild rice soup was less the mediocre. The soup was warm not hot like a soup should be. I did go to the window and let a shift lead or manager know that my sandwich was mostly bread and her solution was to give me more meat. I was reluctant to give that I try. However, when I did get the the meat it was only enough for half of the sandwich. I would say it was less than 4oz on one half of the sandwich and the other half had like maybe 2oz. For a $12.50 sandwich you would think you would get more. I know this is a NEW LOCATION but during the start of a new resteraunt you should really focus on putting effort into the food as well as the service you provide. I feel as though this new location is being neglectful and not trying as hard as they should be doing. The start of any new resteraunt could make it or break it during the first 6months of being open. I hope they still have time to turn things around.

I went in to try the new French Dip. I was expecting the sandwich I saw in their advertising pictures, I was disappointed. It was very light on meat and cheese. The bread was a little stale. The dipping sauce was good. Panera has gotten to be very expensive and everyone on YouTube is talking about it. I have been a Panera customer for over 20 years in two different states. I may have to go to a different Panera near me and give this sandwich another try. That is as long as the greed of Corporate America has not tainted another restaurant that used to be good. I posted two pictures of my French Dip in the restaurant pictures section. Proof that what they say you will get and actually what you get are two very different things. The meat was a very thin single layer and the cheese was imperceptible. Sad excuse for an expensive sandwich.

We decided to try this new Kyle location last Saturday after it had been open for about 3 weeks thinking all the kinks would be ironed out. No such luck. First of all, this Panera is not like other Panera restaurants. It is small and not cozy like other locations. The baked goods section is very small and doesn't have much selection. You have to order at a kiosk and we didn't see a single employee outside of the kitchen for about 15 minutes and the restaurant was full. Then we noticed only 2 tables had food and everyone else was sitting there staring at the kitchen or standing by the drinks counter waiting on their food. We ordered our food at 7:04 pm. After 30 minutes, we asked the kitchen how much longer it was going to be before we got our food and they said they couldn't see our order on the screen so they weren't sure. We waited 10 more minutes then asked if we could get a refund and cancel our order. We were told the manager was in the kitchen and didn't have time so she wrote down our information and order number and said they would do it the next day. We walked down to Cava, ate dinner and returned and our order still wasn't ready. We asked for the manager again and he reluctantly came out and still couldn't find our order, so he manually processed the refund. At 8:30 pm, we received a text that our order was ready. Based on other reviews and posts on nearby neighborhood pages, it appears that this is a daily occurrence. It's too bad because we were really looking forward to having a Panera in Kyke.

I seriously wish that there was a zero star here. The food is seriously prepared aweful. There’s always a huge wait in drive through even if there’s only 1 car there. There’s a 28 minute wait for a bagel with again only 1 car ahead of me that was already at the window when I arrived. Seriously poor service and food. Disappointed every time I’ve tried.

Don't really visit Panera much, since I'm not a big fan of Bread. What really brought me in was ads about the Mac n Cheese, which was good, but not great. Ordered a Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich. Sandwich fixins were good, just not near enough to match the amount of bread you get. Disappointing. To finish on a high note, drive thru was very busy, but also quite efficient. More meat, less bread, please.

Ordered a pickup at 7PM that was said to be ready by 730. Got here and it wasn’t ready after waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. Sat in a curbside spot until 810 when they finally brought my food out. After getting the food finally, was able to look and see that 3 items were missing so back to waiting. It’s currently 820 and I’m still waiting on food that was supposed to be ready nearly a hour ago. I ordered 1 whole sandwich, 2 half sandwiches, 2 cups of soup, and a brownie. Almost an hour in the half into this saga.

To add, staff is very nice and apologetic.

Very rude staff and INCREDIBLY SLOW! Maybe if dude with the dirty orange hair was talking less orders would come out quicker! So ridiculous. And service counter staff don’t know half of the questions they ask and keep going to kitchen to get help…train better.

I love Panera, food is great but the Drive thru is horrible ... waited up to 20 minutes for a bowl of soup is absurd.

Our first visit was flawless very good food, our second visit we were disappointed but we simply called in and spoke with one of the managers Sarah who is incredibly kind and considerate!! She quickly resolved the concern and made things more than right for us. It’s rough when people just give poor ratings instead of trying to resolve the problem they are having. There will always be kinks to work out when first opening an establishment. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. We need more kindness, grace and understanding. Thank you for fixing our concerns we appreciate you! Keep it up!!
