Part of our to-go order: paid extra for bread bowl, didn't receive bread bowl just soup in a container.
French onion soup had like 3 shreds of cheese, and no bread or croutons on top as menu suggests it would. Rest of the to-go order was fine and correct. Staff was friendly and restaurant was calm and clean

TJ is an amazing asset to this company. They had mess up our order but came back days later and TJ made it right. I want thank PB for bringing this great place to eat in Kyle.

Brand new location. Very clean. The regular fare, although the dining room is more modern and more minimalistic, i.e., less like a dining room and more like a cafeteria, a clean cafeteria with plenty of seating. There's covered outdoor seating as well. Free parking and plenty enough. They have an ETA board with status updates on your order. Very cool.
I love that everything is made to order. Fresh breads everyday & delicious cookies & pastries.
Panera helped me correct my own mistakes on my to go order and threw in an extra treat as I am home in bed with Covid. Thank you for being so understanding and for the extra love.❤️
Not as good as I remembered but still a good place for lunch. I am a fan of the you pick.2.
The tables were dirty, the salad was fresh. The build out at this location is not comfortable.
Love their sourdough loaves and coffee. Go for the SIP club!
I love panera bread, their sandwiches ans soups are amazing!! Love the bagels too!
Talk about not getting what you ordered. Pretty pathetic for what I got versus what is in the picture online. I ordered soup in a bread bowl and I got soup in a cup and half a slice of French bread.

Ugly modern interior. Not the cozy, spacious and warm interior Panera is known for which was great for work or study.
Staff and cuisine are great.
$8 chicken noodle soup was literally all broth. 2 noodles and 1 piece of chicken.
Very clean restaurant, friendly staff, and great food. Got our order very quickly and the food was great and tasted fresh. Will definitely be back.
I've lived in Kyle for 10 years. For 10 years I've been asking for Panera to come to town. Such great, fresh food with flavor and choices.
I love their bakery items too. We have no bakery for French bread, ciabatti or sourdough. Panera is my go to!! Keep making great food! I'll be back.
