This happened today 12/12 PLEASE READ! Ordered a pizza from them and found what looked like hard plastic in one of the pizzas. Looked like a containers might had chipped. Called back to notify the manager and she was incredibly rude and dismissive. She offered a quality pizza but we’d opted to escalate with corporate (which she’d told us was our other option) because of the rudeness and the fact that the store isn’t able to issue refunds. After requesting the contact, she again rudely told us to look it up in the app. When told she could be less dismissive about the issue, she ended the call with “hope you have a good day”.
Completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Not apologetic or remorseful for our experience. If this is management, this store should start from scratch with staff.

Great friendly staff! This Papa John's is the only one that stays open late for carryout, so I make the drive from Kyle. Their 🍕 pizza is always fresh, and the chicken wings are on point.

We’ve lived in the area for 10 years and the service and quality here has progressively gotten worse in the last couple of years. I think this last order we made tonight will also be our last order period. The food arrived a little late, but was barely warm. Instructions were to hand me the order, the driver left it leaning on our front step, LEANING! Has the driver never seen cheese slide off a pizza before? It only ended up ok because, again the pizza was almost cold. Also he didn’t ring the doorbell. The breadsticks were burnt. It was a waste of money. Yes it’s cheaper than other places, but when I really don’t want to eat it anymore you are better off paying more for something appetizing vs. something I’m forcing myself to eat to not let it go to waste. Seriously, do yourself a favor and just do carryout at the 10 other pizza places in Kyle that are easily better than this location.

Did not receive my entire order, tried to contact the store to refund what was missing, was on hold and no one ever picked up, guess that's how they get away with not addressing complaints or refunding missing items. Great scam, will def not be ordering from Kyle location any more.

Why ask for delivery instructions if you're not going to follow them. Why would anyone place your pizzas on the ground and not ring the doorbell??? OR at least put the boxes in the chair next to the door !!! We dont have covid restrictions anymore, can you not ring the bell and wait for your customer to answer the door?
We ordered a well done pizza and they delivered a pizza not even cooked all the way. We have tried this store a couple times and it was horrible both times.

Placed an online order and my card was charged even had a confirmation #. Get to the store and they said they never received an online order… interesting as soon as I leave I got an email your order has been cancelled. Obviously it was sent they just didn’t see but cancelled it after I tried to pick it up. No help at all too busy running to the back of the restaurant to do who knows what. Annoying went on my small lunch break.
