Revived the wrong pizza and I’ve been on hold for 25 min this is ridiculous

Did not receive my entire order, tried to contact the store to refund what was missing, was on hold and no one ever picked up, guess that's how they get away with not addressing complaints or refunding missing items. Great scam, will def not be ordering from Kyle location any more.

Why ask for delivery instructions if you're not going to follow them. Why would anyone place your pizzas on the ground and not ring the doorbell??? OR at least put the boxes in the chair next to the door !!! We dont have covid restrictions anymore, can you not ring the bell and wait for your customer to answer the door?

We ordered a well done pizza and they delivered a pizza not even cooked all the way. We have tried this store a couple times and it was horrible both times.

Placed an online order and my card was charged even had a confirmation #. Get to the store and they said they never received an online order… interesting as soon as I leave I got an email your order has been cancelled. Obviously it was sent they just didn’t see but cancelled it after I tried to pick it up. No help at all too busy running to the back of the restaurant to do who knows what. Annoying went on my small lunch break.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a papadia. Door dash driver stole my papadia (hope she choked on it) and lied about trying to make contact with me and left the order at my apartment complex admin. Called and the general manager resent the entire order out. Though I was extremely hangry, having the resolution be 2 more pizzas and my papadia is 5 stars in my book.
Placed a delivery order at 5:30 for 6:15 delivery. It's now 7:30, and our order is STILL not in the delivery status. I would cancel if that was an option. Never ordering from them again.
Update: Called and was placed on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel. It's now 8:00. Made pasta, and we ate. Will contest the charges on my credit card in the morning as the order status is still "preparing," which it has been for the last 2 hours...

They use door dash for delivery now. Pizza was picked up 30 minutes after “chefs kiss”. Then 15 minutes later driver shows up with cold pizza. Lost me as a customer. It’s easy, deliver the pizza at least warm, then You won’t lose customers for life. It’s Pizza, come on man. I’m not paying for cold pizza with a $10 delivery fee. A shame because I like papa John’s, but not cold. Won’t be eating papa John’s again, the Kyle store won’t even answer the phone. going to dominos

I can't thank Papa John's enough for their incredible service and delicious food during a very special gathering we held in memory of my son. We ordered five XL pizzas, and they were not only a hit but also helped create a warm and comforting atmosphere for his friends.
The staff handled our order with great care and delivered everything in a timely manner. Sharing a meal together became a meaningful part of our remembrance, and the quality of the pizzas truly added to the occasion.
