Placed an online order and my card was charged even had a confirmation #. Get to the store and they said they never received an online order… interesting as soon as I leave I got an email your order has been cancelled. Obviously it was sent they just didn’t see but cancelled it after I tried to pick it up. No help at all too busy running to the back of the restaurant to do who knows what. Annoying went on my small lunch break.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a papadia. Door dash driver stole my papadia (hope she choked on it) and lied about trying to make contact with me and left the order at my apartment complex admin. Called and the general manager resent the entire order out. Though I was extremely hangry, having the resolution be 2 more pizzas and my papadia is 5 stars in my book.

Placed a delivery order at 5:30 for 6:15 delivery. It's now 7:30, and our order is STILL not in the delivery status. I would cancel if that was an option. Never ordering from them again.
Update: Called and was placed on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel. It's now 8:00. Made pasta, and we ate. Will contest the charges on my credit card in the morning as the order status is still "preparing," which it has been for the last 2 hours...

They use door dash for delivery now. Pizza was picked up 30 minutes after “chefs kiss”. Then 15 minutes later driver shows up with cold pizza. Lost me as a customer. It’s easy, deliver the pizza at least warm, then You won’t lose customers for life. It’s Pizza, come on man. I’m not paying for cold pizza with a $10 delivery fee. A shame because I like papa John’s, but not cold. Won’t be eating papa John’s again, the Kyle store won’t even answer the phone. going to dominos

I can't thank Papa John's enough for their incredible service and delicious food during a very special gathering we held in memory of my son. We ordered five XL pizzas, and they were not only a hit but also helped create a warm and comforting atmosphere for his friends.
The staff handled our order with great care and delivered everything in a timely manner. Sharing a meal together became a meaningful part of our remembrance, and the quality of the pizzas truly added to the occasion.

Not only did I wait 45 minutes to an hour for one pizza that is literally right down the road from me, but when I was handed the pizza the box was partly open and was wrong. I was charged for a sausage pepperoni pizza but only received it with pepperoni. Also I’ve been on hold with the store for 15 minutes.
I don’t usually leave reviews or order papa John’s but today I did both. Just stick with dominos if you want your order right and delivered to you in a timely manner.

I ordered online and selected well done on my wings. I tried to call them to make sure they were well done but they keep putting you on hold and nevr come to the phone. When you call tyhe number to order on the phone its answered somewhere in India I think because like most other large companies they are using an outside source to answer the calls. I dont mind this but please get people that speak clear and fluent english. I got my wings and as suspected they were not well done so I have to cook them myself. Food service these days is really bad. No pride in the work performed and just rush it out and get on to the next order. To TXWylde who calls people whiny babies for leaving 1 star reviews. Your the one who is whining about other peoples reviews. Do you just go online and read reviews so you can complain about them ?

It was have lunch with grandparents today at my grandson school so he is a kindergartener and his lunch is at 10:00 a.m. his favorite thing to eat of course is pizza Victoria with with Papa John's in Kyle was nice enough to make a pizza ready to pick up by 9:30 in time for me to get to the special luncheon that is top-notch service thank you Victoria
