I advise not to order from here. I received my delivery and found a hair on my cheese bread. I tried calling, and they did not want to answer and they kept placing me on hold until I finally gave up and wrote this review instead.

Pizzas good. Avoid the wings at all cost though. Ordered well done. Recieved what looked like was boiled soggy wings not even 1/4 covered in sauce, cant imagine what a regular baked wing would be like, raw?.Also can't get dipping sauces right.

This is the second time I've tried to order food while working. The first time they had trouble finding the business and offered to refund my money The refund was never processed. Since I eventually got my food, I let it go.Today I waited two hours for my food. They called and said they couldn't find the business. I gave them very detailed directions. When the food still did not arrive, I called and was on hold for 25 minutes. When I finally got through, they told me it was a carryout order and could not be delivered. I explained that a driver had already called me saying he was trying to deliver it. I finally just asked them to cancel the order. Then I got a call back saying they had no record of the order even though it had already appeared on my credit card. I am over this place!!!!

We literally just moved into the neighborhood and love Papa John’s so we decided to order some while we are moving and we had to do carry out so when my husband went to go pick up the pizza because the website said it was ready. He came into the store and noticed there was multiple customers waiting, and when he tried to speak to the lady at the register, she was very rude when telling him to wait. He asked why he had to wait on the order bc it should already be ready and she aggressively told him “well I’m busy.” My husband asked for her name and another employee said it was Victoria but that could be untrue. She was a white heavy set lady late twenties early 30s who shouldn’t be the face of your company.
2 times i have not got my order. dont even bother here. million other pizza joints popping up, dont even bother with papa johns in kyle.

Pizza was excellent, I also ordered the cheese dipping sauce and realized that when I got home it wasn’t in the box ? but other than that it was Great!
Pizza was good with nothing wrong with it, the service was good and nice when I picked up. No complaints.

Ordered from Kyle location at 4:40p and did not receive delivery till 6:15pm even though app kept showing delivered. Ordered X-Large and only received large pizza. Pizza and wings were cold. Tried calling location multiple times with no answer. Was a repeat customer till today. Never again will I order from them!
