Update: had the banh mi for the first time today and it was delicious.
We eat here all the time and it's always amazing. All of the pho is incredible, the spring rolls are gigantic and the service is wonderful.
Highly recommend!

I love phos, and I have been here several times. I noticed that they keep the same chili-oil 24/7 in a nasty open containers that they never clean with a spoon in the middle. This has to be a food practice violation. Ordered Vegetable Pho and the old Vietnamese lady gave it to me in some kind of broth that was very oily and disgusting. 2X she gave me this nasty serving. Trying to eat healthy and she served to me late and nasty. Bad food practice bad service!

I came here with the family. When we try someplace new we all like to get our own dish and then we share a little of everything around the table. There wasn’t a single dish that we didn’t like.
Food was good until we bit into a vegetable spring roll and there was a big piece of plastic cooked in with it.

Traveling and looked up Asian restaurants near me and this popped up with great reviews and it didn't disappoint! Lauren was amazing and her voice definitely went with her charm of hospitality and the Seafood Combination Pho was delicious! When I'm around here again I'm definitely making this a priority!

Food was really good. I had the tofu vermicelli. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because of how loud it is in there. I get the robot gimmick. It's cute. But do they all have to be playing such loud music? And every one of them is playing a different tune. As well, there's yet more music coming from the wall speakers. This is auditory overload! I don't get this obsession with American restaurants thinking we love to have to scream at each other to have a conversation. Or that silence is taboo.
When the dang robots weren't running, it was pleasant. Please, turn off the music on the robots!
Met a friend at her favorite place to get pho and now I can see why. The food came out hot and was fresh which lent to it being very tasty. The menu has a lot to offer and I look forward to going back soon.

Great place to get your Pho fix. The staff is friendly and courteous. Food came out hot and was delicious. The portions are a good size and our order came out quickly. The only negative was that the floor was dirty and sticky.

My family calls this the "Cat Robot Place" because a tray carrying robot delivers the food and my 4 year old is into it.
The food is good, but tbh it is better at Pho Thaison down the street. The atmosphere is impeccable, weird in all the right ways. The service ranges between meh and awful with servers who forget about you and mostly don't know what they are doing.
