Had the New York pizza. Too dry (not enough tomato sauce), lacked ingredients, moisture. Will be a while before I go back.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and my order wasn’t complete. Missing items when I tried to call the store the number listed goes to an online service that can’t do anything for you. I was told they would send a letter but mail to the store. I went to store and told them I was missing items they told me everything was delivered. I recorded it and I know what I ordered when I showed them the receipt I was told by the guy at the counter that manager wasn’t there so I had to come back in the morning. Worst customer service I’ve experienced from a big food chain. No kind of help and no reassurance of this being solved. But they charged my card and I will be filing a complaint to the BBB about my situation.

y_rios (listed on my receipt) was the man that helped me today! He was amazing and very kind! I came in to tell him 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready that I was there. I drove to the gas station to get my kids some drinks and then when I drove back, he saw that I pulled up and instead of me having to take my kids out of the car He brought the pizzas to my car! He deserves a raise!! This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever had from any Pizza Hut. I would also like to add the pizza was very fresh and it was delicious! We will definitely be returning!

I always ask for extra pineapples on my sausage and pineapple pizza and I never get the extra pineapples even though I pay the extra charge every time. I might as well just go to the store and buy a can of pineapples and do it myself since they can’t get it correct. The food is always delicious, it’s just the EXTRA pineapples are never there. I order take out from here very often and it’s just upsetting that my order is never correct.

I don’t have problems with food or service but please look into online/app ordering system. EVERY time I order, I always get a call only from this location that I did not include my apartment number when i did. When I check “contactless service” and specifically instruct “LEAVE ON MAT” the delivery driver still knocks and waits at the door. I do not have this issue at any other Pizza Hut location and they can see the apartment numbers and instructions perfectly fine. The amount of times it happens to me, no way I’m the only one it happens to.
