y_rios (listed on my receipt) was the man that helped me today! He was amazing and very kind! I came in to tell him 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready that I was there. I drove to the gas station to get my kids some drinks and then when I drove back, he saw that I pulled up and instead of me having to take my kids out of the car He brought the pizzas to my car! He deserves a raise!! This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever had from any Pizza Hut....
I always ask for extra pineapples on my sausage and pineapple pizza and I never get the extra pineapples even though I pay the extra charge every time. I might as well just go to the store and buy a can of pineapples and do it myself since they can’t get it correct. The food is always delicious, it’s just the EXTRA pineapples are never there. I order take out from here very often and it’s just upsetting that my order is never correct.
I don’t have problems with food or service but please look into online/app ordering system. EVERY time I order, I always get a call only from this location that I did not include my apartment number when i did. When I check “contactless service” and specifically instruct “LEAVE ON MAT” the delivery driver still knocks and waits at the door. I do not have this issue at any other Pizza Hut location and they can see the apartment numbers and instructions perfectly fine....
