This place sent me back to a moment in time that doesn't exist anymore and literally brought me to tears. We had to ask Ms Rosie what she put in them bc I've never cried over a breakfast taco b4 lol...For a moment i was in my grandmas kitchen eating her homeade tortillas with beans and chorizo. Of course noone compares but Rosie was pretty close!. She makes the food to order and she uses regular pans not grills or griddles!. Everything was so fresh! Tortillas made to order, all food made to order, you just cant beat it. Ms Rosie herself was so humble and sweet. If you're missing home, visit this place. You won't regret it!. Prices are fair and well worth the try!. I will definitely be back on the weekend to try her menudo.

Food wasn’t very impressive at all, definitely not authentic ,Service was good and nice lady taking order. Sanitary conditions didn’t meet my expectations , sort of smelt like dog piss when walking in and stinked. I didn’t see any handwashing after accepting cash and immediately started preparing plate. Definitely won’t be back.

Me and my husband stopped here after a morning out at a car show in San marcos , the food was delicious!! Rosie and her husband are great !! We will defently stop by when we are in town !! Very clean and welcoming, I highly recommend ?

Woman was pretty rude until she got a tip. Snippy for no apparent reason. Food was bland. Not bad, but definitely under seasoned. Might be good for elderly and kids who don't like spices. for me it's just meh.

I found this to be a hidden gem. Rosie greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very nice and had a great assistant, her granddaughter.The food is very good and not at all like restaurant food. It was more, your Grandma's kitchen enjoying a simple Sunday breakfast with family.I love the fact that the food, while simple, was delicious. I give Rosie and her granddaughter 5 plus stars. I felt at home.

Carne guisada/egg and chorizo/bean and chorizo were decent. Last time I'm getting any tacos from this restaurant, I would prefer driving 30 mins to and back from Fuego to pay this price for better tacos. Just disappointed with the outcome, but I give every new restaurant the benefit of the doubt to impress me. This restaurant didn't do that.
