They didn't have any small sausage kolaches on a Saturday morning, and the big ones have way too much bread:(

When you go into a donut shop I would say that most are in a good mood. Until you get a woman batting her fake lashes and is so rude you don’t even want your order.

Absolute worst in Kyle! No one is taking orders at menu, so ok, I wait for 2 other cars in front of me thinking they must behaving issues with com. I get to the window, the lady asked what my order was..no greeting..so I tell her no one answered at the menu com..she continues to look elsewhere and tell me it's been crazy in here with a serious attitude and seemed frustrated with me, because I guess taking orders was her job and I just reminded her of how she failed. No apologies for not taking my order, no what can I get you..Just a prideful bad attitude. So I thought I would make life easier for this company and drive away and just not come over here anymore so their employees can have less stress. 🙃

Bad service.
My experience: Order a half dozen. Order donut holes. Order kolaches. Get suspiciously light bag. Ask the girl at the window if this was it. Have her close the window in my face.

Asked for a few minutes to read the menu and felt rushed to make an order. Ordered an assorted half dozen, which is not a unique order for a donut shop, and got a 6 glazed donuts in different colors... Would not recommend. Go a few doors down to Kyle Donut instead.

I wouldn't typically ever give a 1 rating. And prior to this experience I would have given at least the three if not four star for this location. Unfortunately when we bought a dozen donuts today they all ended up having a chemical taste to them. When we were in the store I had noticed there was a very strong chemical cleaning smell, that was very overpowering that we could smell it in the car before we even got out. Initially that was no big deal, just get in get the donuts and go. When the kids were eating their first donut they mentioned it tasted funny. I didn't give it much thought and told them to eat it anyway that's all they're getting as far as a donut. When we got home I started to eat mine when I realized it did taste disgusting. It tasted literally like the chemicals we were smelling inside and outside the store. I feel horrible and I dismissed their concerns, but how much cleaner do you have to be using for you to taste it in their donuts? We're already making a conscious decision to eat something that's not great for our bodies, but treating ourselves nonetheless. But to then taste cleaning chemicals in the food, absolutely not. There are other donut places in Kyle that have good donuts without that. I tried to call them but the managers leave before 11:00, so I sent an email through their website.
