Customer service was bad girls behind counter were to busy talking to their friends to help me. Donut’s tasted day old nothing was soft and fresh

I dont usually eat at Shipley's. However, this restaurant was the closest to Venice nail salon and I really needed coffee! The coffee was EXCELLENT!! And the food delicious!! I will definitely get visit again!! Happy New Year!!

So today I went to the drive-thru ordered half a dozen glazed donuts a bag of donut holes and orange juice and the lady in the Drive-Thru window decides to place everything on top of the box of donuts and hand it to me and drops my orange juice out the window then proceed to tell me to scoot up and get it myself I would definitely not be going back rather than put everything on the same box you could have handed me everything individually instead of just being lazy definitely sorry service

Don't guarantee hot glazed donuts until 10 am, when you dont have any at 845 am. Very disappointed with cold day old donut.

This is a wonderful place. The service was incredible even though it was so early in the morning. The donuts were delicious and I was able to get a great deal for a full team of employees. I had to do a last minute pickup with coffee, and they didn't seem annoyed or anything. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure my order was perfect, Even though it was last minute, thank you

We bought glazed donuts and they tasted like chemicals and after taste was soo awful. I think they’re not cleaning their kitchen utensils properly and leaving cleaning chemicals residues that might end up getting in to food!

I can’t say enough good things about Shipley’s here in Kyle! I ordered donuts online for my daughter’s school and thought I was selecting delivery, but this location doesn’t offer delivery. I was stuck at work and couldn’t get the order to the school, so I called to cancel. That’s when Ashley (I believe she’s the manager) went above and beyond—she personally delivered the donuts to the school herself!

I offered to tip her separately, and she kindly refused, saying she’s a mom too and understands how much moments like this mean to kids. That simple act of kindness made my day and definitely made my daughter’s day as well. Ashley turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a wonderful memory. Thank you, Ashley and Shipley’s, for your kindness and amazing customer service!
