Decided to visit Smokey Mo's BBQ for the first time last Friday, dinner for two. It was easy to park, the restaurant was not busy. Wife and I shared a three meat plate with Brisket, Turkey and Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Sides were bacon cheddar potatoes and mac and cheese. Everything tasted really good, especially the pork belly. It wasn't a five star experience for a detail, though... sides were served cold. Meats were slightly colder than we'd expected, but extremely flavorful. We'll still come back for a second round, and maybe try some of their other options. Service is fast, staff are attentive and polite. Clean tables and restrooms, decent prices.

I got a 3 meat plate, and the breakdown goes like this.
Turkey was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Ribs were big and meaty but average at best. the brisket was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It was rough eating it all. To add, the slices were more like trimmings or strip sized. Mac & cheese was HORRIBLE! Zero flavor! Green beans were decent, and there was a good amount of pepper. BBQ sauces were avg. Spicy kind wasn't spicy.

Walked in and the inside looked new. The interior layout had a simple modern look. I ordered the one meat plate (sliced brisket) with potato salad and cheddar new potatoes. Gal at the counter was friendly and was key in helping me decide on my sides. Brisket was tender and delicious. The sides were also very good. Overall quality, quantity, and price was great. Very much enjoyed dining here. ?
