Went to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had a party of 8. Hour wait...no problem. After the hour, they call us to the counter and ask if it's OK if they seat us in two booths where the two four person groups couldn't see or talk to each other without getting up and walking around to the other booth. No, we wanted to sit together.....oh, they don't have seating for 8. They can add one chair to a table for 6 but that's the best they can do.....and they tell us after an hour of waiting. Terrible front counter customer service. I have been there before but never again. Overpriced and rude. Didn't even apologize....I'm fact she blamed us.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Food was delicious and good portions as well. Wait staff was friendly and tentative.

First time here and won’t be coming back.

Showed up about 5 mins early to our reservation, checked in with the hosts and said our table would be ready right at our reservation time.

30 minutes pass and we’re still not seated. Go to the host table and they say our name was removed from the list and it’s our fault because we didn’t check in. What??

Was ready to just leave right from there but we stayed anyway. Food was fine, service slow, nothing to rave about in my opinion.

Would rather have made our guests, who were visiting from out of the country, breakfast at home

It's a little loud in here and the food took quite a long time but it was cooked perfectly and I enjoy the seasonal specials

My specific reason for doing the news review is not the food.
I think that their Irish cream coffee is absolutely off the charts.
Delicious superbly crafted.
I think at this location breakfast is good. It doesn’t blow me away.
One constant is there coffee. Very rich and robust.
For a coffee connoisseur I think it’s a really must try

Server was pleasant. Quality of ingredients was very good. But my eggs were overcooked, hash browns way undercooked, and the single pancake I ordered as a side (for six dollars!!!) was undercooked. For the prices they charge, I’d expect a better level of cooking. Not inclined to go back for a sub par experience that costs 25 bucks with a coffee. It is also exceptionally loud.

Each Snooze I've been is loud. Don't know why.
Food was pretty good and staff nice and efficient.

The food was good, but the hash browns could have been a lot better.
