I just had the most pleasant experience thanks to Antonio! He was so kind and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I really wanted to highlight how wonderful he was. Antonio is definitely a keeper—he truly deserves recognition (and a raise!). This location has to be one of the worst Sonic’s. I try give a second chance but this will my last, I will take my business to the Sonic on Veterans Rd. The customer service here stinks, the workers always seem to have attitudes then the guy at the window flung my order causing my debit card to fail on the floor. He did come out to pick it up but no apology. I stayed cool because they were still making my drink. He handed my drink nonchalantly, then closed the window. If you don’t want to work QUIT, you are not obligated, but don’t take it out on people just because you’re miserable. I will NEVER come back to this place on FM 150!!!

This is my neighborhood sonic, it’s great place to go to when you need a quick bite, I went through the drive through tonight and met one of the best workers I’ve interacted with, Antonio :) He was so kind and helpful, it was a great way to end my night ☺️

lovely people however i got the hamburger and it gave me explosive diarrhea which is weird because i eat sonic often and its never given me diarrhea before,

Edit: It’s amazing how quickly reviews are responding to with an 800 number that is basically worthless. If only they took as much care to actually provide the products and service offered at the restaurant.

This is my favorite sonic in town. I grab a drink here multiple times a week and love it. Vivian is so sweet. There’s a few others I see regularly but can’t remember their name. Vivian made an impression on me tho. She’s so sweet. I get a big smile when I see she’s delivering my order.
Also love that this location has a playground. Not common at places anymore. Good spot to grab a drink snack or just get out of the house for a few minutes.
