Horrible customer service yesterday from an older women. Getting upset with the customer for making the drink wrong twice and not listening is not my fault. This is pretty typical of a Starbucks barista

Food, service, and atmosphere are great here! Only thing is they need more staff. Takes so long to get my coffees even if pre ordered 😭 Not the employees fault! There’s so many ppl that come here. They also all deserve raises!!

I stopped in with a coworker for a lunch break at our local Starbucks. While our drinks were well made and tasted great, the customer service left a lot to be desired. When placing my order at the counter, the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, what I’d describe as snobby service.
After enjoying our drinks and food, I placed a mobile order for one more drink before leaving. I noticed that my order was the last to be prepared, and when it finally came up, one of the employees rolled her eyes and made a comment to her coworker, who then turned and looked directly at me. It was pretty clear my order was seen as a nuisance.
The drinks here are solid, but the staff's attitude really took away from the experience. I hope management considers hiring or training staff who are more genuine and customer focused.

Always welcoming, always on point!

Every time we visit the Starbucks in Kyle, Texas, it’s a great experience—and today was no exception. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by an employee, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

One thing I really appreciated was how the staff communicated with everyone. One of the machines was down, but they were upfront about it, let us know there might be a slight delay, and even mentioned that someone was already working on fixing it. That kind of honesty and transparency goes a long way—things happen, and they handled it perfectly.

We ordered a Venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte and a Grande Iced Latte, and as always, they made them just right. This location consistently gets our drinks spot on, and that’s why we keep coming back.

The personal touches on the cups, like little drawings or kind words, always bring a smile to our faces. It’s those small things that show the care behind the counter.

And one more thing I truly love: this store makes it clear that everyone is welcome. The inclusive environment and friendly energy make it feel like more than just a coffee run—it feels like community.

Five stars all the way, y’all are doing it right!

No drive thru. Which i had as a negative but really this is the best Starbucks local in Kyle. I'll walk in for a on time mobile order that tastes good, no problem. They're pretty friendly there to.

Today I decided to try a new drink and I confess I was a little nervous. I met a nice girl, very sweet and charismatic. She helped me choose and was very kind to me. She explained everything she had. Her name is Aileen. I recommend you come. Her service is the best of all. ☺️

We live nearly 2 hours away. We get Starbucks daily in our home town. We pass through Kyle a couple times a week and stopped in a few weeks ago (and a few times since). I've never had a better tasting matcha green tea latte, and my partner says no nitro cold brew tastes as good as the one he has at this store. Idk exactly what the crew here does better, but it pretty obviously tastes like fresher ingredients and no burnt coffee and well mixed matcha. The young man with dark hair here was so kind and polite and professional when we chatted and asked him some questions about the decor, too. Something special is going on at this store. We're about to make it a point to get Starbucks here every time we pass through now just for the quality service, atmosphere, and really delicious drinks!

Why are orders always taking a very long time? 20 min+ is not acceptable for a drink. Them making drinks for people who aren't even here yet even after I show up is disrespectful
