Why are orders always taking a very long time? 20 min+ is not acceptable for a drink. Them making drinks for people who aren't even here yet even after I show up is disrespectful

Worst barista experience ever. Ordered hot chocolate and he didn't notify us that the order is ready. We waited for 5 mins at other side but he placed our order at the mobile order pick up area and saw me twice sitting there and didn't let me know. How the hell is it possible if he keeps that on other side?

Employees were very friendly and helpful. However, I must say was shocked that the bathroom was extremely dirty with no soap. That was a disturbing bathroom for a gas station in the middle of no where still shocked it was a Starbucks.

Only one of the items even got rung up correctly, neither were made correctly. We received a "iced pumpkin cream chai" instead of a cold brew. The Chai latte did come as a Chai latte, supposedly, except neither drink had Chai in it. I'm definitely enjoying my plain steamed milk, appreciate that guys!

So I came into this location I didn't order my favorite drink I usually order because alot of the barista's at the 5 locations I have gone to here in Texas has not made my drink correctly until I see a drink I didn't order come out made by Katie she creates the experience with her drink she made for a customer she should train alot of baristas on the Nitro Brews I almost wanted to return my drink order and have her make me one I come for the experience of the drinks and Katie is a winner so to her Manager Nicole you have a great Barista and I will be back again my drink I order today perfect Thanks Ladies for the Starbucks experience I finally got stay consistant and it will always be a great experience

I love this Starbucks! It is welcoming, warm, and inviting. The staff is always super friendly, the food and drinks are perfect, and the atmosphere is great. I always feel happier when I go to this Starbucks. They even put fun stickers on the drinks and/or give them to kiddos. Thank you for the great work!!
I went by with a friend and our orders were exactly what we asked for however my friend does not go to Starbucks often and was not what she expected . They were super super sweet and asked her what she was expecting and made sure she got what she wanted without any attitude .. nothing but grate service
