I'm not a Karen. My husband went to get Subway for me because I was craving a sandwich (I'm pregnant, btw). So, this looks just as disappointing as I thought it would be. He said he didn't receive a receipt, and the sandwich was made by an older white woman. Not to be mean or anything, but she didn't seem very good at making sandwiches. I ended up eating the sandwich anyway because I was starving.
3 total sandwiches all looked badly made. I understand it’s subway but I’ve seen better subway sandwiches and It can be expensive. Be mindful of people. I’m not angry. Just disappointed and tired pregnant woman :,(.

I gave it a chance because of the Promo but Unfortunately another Horrible experience. Store is Dirty & Kinda stinks. Employees look unhygienic. Employees cannot understand English. Employee went and got another Employee just because I asked him to change gloves after Handling Money and Answering the Phone. Boys Boys Boys.

I just walked into this location asking for three dozen white chip macadamia cookies. The gentleman asked me was out there for pick up, I reiterated no I would like three dozen white chip macadamia cookies. He said we don’t have any right now. I said OK are you able to make them he ignored me continue doing what he was doing. I asked him again. Are you going to make them or is that a no he then advised well I have to make bread and it’s going to take 30 to 45 minutes. I said OK that’s fine. I will wait so I stood there waiting for him to respond so that I could purchase them and go back to my car or whatever needed to be done as I wanted those cookies and needed them for staff, however, he continued doing what he was doing, and I asked him again, so is that a yes is that a no are you going to make them? He said well no I don’t feel like it. I have to make bread first and now the cookies will take one hour. I have waited at this location for them to make cookies as well as other locations before, and it has never taken an hour. There was only one customer in there, and I do not appreciate the rudeness and condescending. You all have lost business as your rude employee with no name tag tag Did not want to make three dozen cookies

The workers were rude for no reason, i believe they should have better customer service and better communication. the two male workers working were not very polite or professional. They also messed up my order.

Bad services from this subway. I place the order online with specific instructions, but the employee who was there at the moment was not able to follow instructions and when I told him that he was doing my order wrong. He was mad.
Be careful what you order here. Got a plain meatball sub and they charged me for the meatball and pepperoni--about a $4 difference. Both items are on the menu. Inquired about the incorrect price and the employee said the manager told him to ring it up for the more expensive sandwich, which, the last time I checked, is fraud. Avoid this location.

This store right never stops with the nasty mess. When I see a restaurant restrooms looking like this, it makes me wonder what does the kitchen look like and the workers doesn't wash their hands before putting on gloves. Lord only knows what they do behind those walls 🤦🏽

First of all who is in charge of training?
They need to be fired! No greeting .Employees couldn't look up for an eye contact. Sandwich was rushed so messing Sandwich. Nats fling all around the counter. No eye contact at check out. Out of respect I left a 2 dollar tip but that was two much. I hate giving bad reviews but someone needs to retrain. The overall experience was a low 2.

Jose was awesome! Walked through the door greeted with energy and a smile completely turned my night around. Watching him work he had a smile the whole time dancing around the kitchen completing various tasks.

The shop is so clean and in order and the employees are so nice.
Tried subway for the first time in about 2 years. Ads work. What doesn’t work are the employees and lack of simple customer service and basic interaction like a pleasant person. The lack of eye contact, no communication… geez.. I felt like I was bothering the young man behind the counter ordering food. When I ordered something on the menu…. “We don’t have that”. Tried again. “We don’t have that either”. Every other fast food sandwich place has pleasant and interactive people. If you can get past feeling like a problem to the employees, food is same as it ever was. Average. Nothing new.
