Jose was awesome! Walked through the door greeted with energy and a smile completely turned my night around. Watching him work he had a smile the whole time dancing around the kitchen completing various tasks.

The shop is so clean and in order and the employees are so nice.
Tried subway for the first time in about 2 years. Ads work. What doesn’t work are the employees and lack of simple customer service and basic interaction like a pleasant person. The lack of eye contact, no communication… geez.. I felt like I was bothering the young man behind the counter ordering food. When I ordered something on the menu…. “We don’t have that”. Tried again. “We don’t have that either”. Every other fast food sandwich place has pleasant and interactive people. If you can get past feeling like a problem to the employees, food is same as it ever was. Average. Nothing new.

I didn’t rate the food because I didn’t get a chance to eat. As a matter of fact, I didn’t even get acknowledged. I stood there for two minutes at the counter while they were making internet orders. Didn’t even look up at me. No smiles, nothing like we’ll be right with you ma’am. NOTHING!! Take mind there was no one in front of me. So, as I was waiting I remembered there is another sandwich shop in Kyle called which wich. Much better SERVICE and FOOD! I highly recommend going there instead. I thought, What am I doing here getting treated like I don’t exist when there’s a much better sandwich place near by? C-YA SUBWAY!!

The male employee with long hair was not wearing a hairnet while handling food, which is a clear violation of basic food safety standards. None of the napkin holders had any napkins available, showing a lack of attention to simple customer needs. On top of that, the staff didn’t even bother to greet customers—just stood there silently, expecting orders without any acknowledgment or basic courtesy.

Wow! 10/10. Mari & Marquis were amazing.
I had to get sandwiches for my family, 6 sandwiches total, and I’ve never been in and out so fast. Usually subway is so slow, but these two were great. Quick, easy, smooth service. I’ll definitely be back to this location just because of them.

Worst experience I've had at a Sunway...the kid preparing the food was not very happy and kept nodding his head and mumbling comments when I ordered....I don't know what his deal was

The people working behind the counter were extremely rude. He put his gloves on and just looked at me. Didn’t say “hello” or “how can I help you?”
There was a homeless man sleeping in the booth beside the drink fountain and snoring very loudly and had all his stuff packed on the table and a cane blocking the walk way.
When I was at this location in July he was also there. I looked at the employee to get his attention because people didn’t have places to sit since he was taking up two tables.
When I was about to speak he rolled his eyes at me and walked off.
I was at this location at 2pm on October 3.
Please let your staff know their behavior did not go unnoticed by not just me but others in line after me as well.
I will not ever be back to this location.

If you want mayonnaise on your sandwich or pepperoni and not asked if you want substitutes for what they don't have in stock . This is a place for you.
Hate to complain about fast food restaurants but need to here. Even after getting my sandwich toasted the chicken was ice cold and the employees were very rude. The worst part was one of the employees was picking at zits on their with gloves on and never changed their gloves after picking or between customers. Picking zits handling the cash register and money and just went back into digging in the vegetables.

Came here 5/7/24 for a $30 Uber delivery. They had closed early at 9:45. Had to cancel with no pay.
