I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't so freaken cold all the time. Drinks are great since I love summer moon unique flavor but this location is always so cold. I've lived in Kyle for 2 years and every single time I come here it's so cold. I don't enjoy being inside so I end up going to other coffee shops. Even during the winter, the heater is never on. Sometimes it's colder inside than outside when it's cold weather. It doesn't feel cozy or comfort to be in here.

I walked up 6:59 - the doors were still open so I walked in. I was cut off immediately with “we are closed”. The first employee was polite - I then asked,”what if it’s just a gift card?” A second employee from behind the counter raised her voice before I could finish and said,” WE ARE CLOSED!” I could tell the first employee was a little embarrassed for the rude tone. She said, “I’m sorry.” I have worked retail/ customer service for quite some time and I completely understand it is the holidays and there are closing procedures. I did not want to ruin their night, but just wanted to see if it was possible. Hopefully we can all remember to treat people like humans ( or at least pretend to) and practice a little empathy.
This place is awesome! The coffee was great, the design of it is very warm and personal, but the girls behind the counter made it special.

I took capachino with almond milk milk i was in rush and the coffee 15 mints to close i take it and go then found ir cold not as usually temperature and don’t have rime back to show it to employee

Giving a low rating simply because of directions. Summermoon is known for thier moon milk, so one would assume that they wouldn't forget to put that in the drink! Well they forgot. I received a bland latte, when I asked for a Christmas cookie latte. Tasted like coffee and water.

Great service from Krys and Emma! The drinks were perfect, the atmosphere was very clean and inviting, and the music set the perfect tone for an early evening coffee break! Plus, my daughter loved her Java Chip Moon Glacier! 😃

This one is Kyle makes the nastiest coffee. It’s super watery and they got my matcha tasteless multiple times. And one time I got spoiled milk. Very disappointed. The one in San Marcos is much better.

Coffe used to slap! But now it just taste like watered down milk with traces of coffe, pastry’s are hit and miss on the staleness. The only good thing is the people. Drive through super tight. You’ll spend 14$ for a medium and a snack basiclly
