I placed an order for about $44 and one of the items was a Mexican Pizza Combo. The staff told me everything was in the bag, but when I got home, the Mexican Pizza was missing — only the drink was included. It’s really disappointing to pay for something and not receive it. I hope the restaurant improves their order accuracy and double-checks bags before handing them to customers.

Worst Taco Bell experience EVER. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION! They didn't even have taco meat ready and it was gonna take 25 min till it was even ready and this was on a Friday evening so no reason it shouldn't have been ready other than poor planning and management not paying attention.
Please add paper towels to the restrooms. The era of hand dryers is over. Thank you.

Manager or whoever runs this place please give the guys holding it down Thursday night props and keep setting them up for success. I placed an online order and everything was perfect and delicious. Literally the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Yall are way better than the location on Veterans drive lol.

I came in to pick up my mobile order around 1:00AM. I understand the employee’s frustration since they are open so late and I work fast food myself, but when I got to the window the employee working made a comment to me “do you wanna make it a party pack & make our night worse?” I took it as a joke and ignored it but I should have taken it as a sign. I even apologized for the inconvenience. After that, we left, I ate one out of two of my tacos & 30 minutes to an hour later i was vomiting like crazy. I was not sick prior to eating & after i threw all of it up, i felt better. I know for a fact it was the food. So disappointing and gross. Never again.
