The place is basic and a $15 plate should never be basic.
When we arrived the lady who took our order kept ringing her bell to rush us because we were deciding.
Ordered the Barbacoa plate. It came with rice and borracho beans.
First temperature. Everything was lukewarm. Food truck food is supposed to be super fresh.
The beans were bland. Seemed like they soaked them too long then simmered too low with no salt.
The rice was ok. No sopa kinda dry. And looked weird but again the taste was ok
Barbacoa was yuk. Warm and under salted. Tortillas were the only thing piping hot but we're not homemade.
No drink.
This place was not it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, purchased some food and it smelled rotten so I took it back and they did not want to refund me my money back, the owner Saul was being rude when asked for a refund!!!

Everything is very delicious, it's just that you can't enjoy the food being in full sun and heat :/

Food: Quesabirria tacos were delicious, especially with the included grilled onions. I wish they included more grilled onions and I wish they made the tortillas crisper. | Service: it was nice that she could somewhat understand what I was saying in English, and I tried my best to order in Spanish, so it was like we both met each other halfway which was good. Also I like how they accept both cash and card. | Atmosphere: there were lots of little things that could be improved: the music station played the same song 3 times in a row. The bell was broken so I couldn't get their attention. It might have been better for them to remove the screen or just keep it open if they're going to close the window anyways, it was awkward watching her open the screen halfway and try to fit my food through a tiny space. There were no prices on the menu so I was hesitant to even go at all and risk possibly having it be really expensive; a Quesabirria plate (3 tacos) plus 1 jarritos came out to $17. The entrance/exit can only fit 1 car at a time so be careful with that.
