I am so sad to write this review. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2020 and in the last few months, the quality has tanked. When I order a loose leaf tea, it’s undrinkable. I’m not sure if they are doubling/tripling the amount of loose leaf tea, but I can’t drink it until I get home and dilute it with water. Even then, it will last me 2-3 drinks. Today I got a 32oz tea from the tea bar and it went into the trash. The unsweet peach had zero flavor. I’m a customer that frequents this place at least 4-5x per month and now I hesitate to come back because my drinks have been awful and this place is expensive, especially with the added charge to use a debit card. I don’t want to throw money away. Please Tea2Go… make some changes! Go back to the old ways!

This place is so addicting! And that's an understatement! I've ordered SO MANY loaded teas online, and they do not compare to this place! It's refreshing and doesn't leave your mouth dry and so good, with so many options! Their loose leaf tea is also amazing. I Can't get enough that I order drink carriers at a time, and just for me! They also have a tea bar, and sell gallons of tea! And small snacks for the kiddos! (They just got Amy's ice cream). Anytime I'm around Kyle, I ALWAYS have to stop by! The staff is always so friendly, even when they are under pressure, which is so nice. The owner is always a helping hand, and they work as a team! I can't say enough good things about this place! Don't like your drink? Let them know, they are willing to make it right.

I've been a keto dieter for over a decade and many times miss having a FUN drink. So many sugar free low carb options! I went with a dreamsicle and it's spot on. Friendly service too!

Every time i come to kyle i come here & they never disappoint. Place is very clean , Workers are very nice & helpful. it’s always decorated so nicely. drinks are a 10/10. love my new cozy 🩷

I have been coming to this place for quite some time now, so much so that the guy in the afternoons knows my order by memory. I have struggled with writing this review because I do enjoy my tea when it is made as it should be. The guy in the afternoon perfects it every time, and almost everyone else minus 1. This morning, I just couldn’t settle for another disappointment, so I kindly showed the ladies at the window what I was looking for in a color that creates the exact taste that has me coming back. I did let her know that the guy mentioned to me that he was making the super tea as it should be. However, every time this young lady makes it, it just looks and tastes terrible to me. It’s literally a waste of my money—$5.77, to be exact—and I throw it away when I get to my office. She even remade it this morning, and it still wasn’t the same or taste. She told me they recently got a new pineapple, and I’m not a fan. Wasted money again. Please help correct this problem.
My order is a 24oz super tea with sugar free lemonade and 1/2 the caffeine.

TeaN’ergy is my go-to drink spot! Their teas and energy drinks are so good, and I love that you can customize them exactly how you want—especially with the sugar-free options (like sugar-free lemonade) It’s super convenient too, right off the highway when you’re leaving Kyle heading toward San Marcos. Always friendly service and great vibes. Tried the new pineapple upside down, prob my new favorite!

This is my go to every morning. The staff knows as soon as I pull up , what I'm getting. They on top of it. This concept is great, I get energy with out the yoyo up and down. This is stuff will last me all day. Go get you one, you won't regret. People at work are always asking when I going.

I got the coconut Madagascar and it is awful it take like a new car smells or a gas station it was very water downed and was just overall bad. Also had barley and barley had ice with out asking for less.
