The disappointing thing about this place is when ordering on line to go they only give you 4 rolls no matter how many entrees you buy. 4 rolls for 2 people is Pathetic,then they want to charge you for even 2 extra rolls,if you were inside you could have unlimited. This needs to change.

Have ordered pick up a number of occasions. Tonight I received the driest, blandest ribeye Ive had in I dont know how long. Mainly because it was over cooked and had to wait an hour for the meal and it seems it sat for 45 minutes. Will be a very long time before I go back.

went to the Grand opening in Leander Texas, it was crowded, staff danced to footloose it was great. staff was very friendly and samples were provided. First time l really enjoyed eating at Roadhouse. By far my favorite.

Did the curbside pickup order online. Came to the curbside to text here in my space number at 5:33 p.m. proceeded to wait till 6:00 with order. Called. They had the order apparently ready for some time now and brought it to me. The delivery guy decided to make a comment that when you decided to op out on something on your online order it does not notify them when you are actually here to pick up your order. Hence then why text that you're here and the curbside number that you don't ever pay attention to and I waited 30 more minutes to pick up my food. Very rude service to the delivery guy that delivered it to basically tell me I was in the wrong and they were still in the right. Food is cold now. Got to reheat it as soon as I get home.

Waited over a hour after placing food order, Brought out plate than said other diner's plate is going to take 10+ minutes (two different times). By the time all food came out my steak was fridge cold, 80% of my ribeye ordered was meat fat. Do not recommend if your trying to enjoy decent food & normal customer service.

As long as you don't order carrots it's a great meal. They can't seem to figure out how to cook them so they are soft. The meat however was perfect.
This was the best experience ever. They greeted us with a smile. When we were called to be excorted to our table, we was excorted with hot rolls and asked, how are we doing. Just to say this never happens at our local restaurant.We were here visiting. Every thirty minutes they were line dancing and singing.All that was the best experience ever.The food was outstanding.Service was unbelievable, and the atmosphere itself was very warming and entertaining. Thank you for a memorable experience. In this location. This one needs to be used as an example for others to flourish in sales as well. And customer service.

Love Roadhouse. It's always lively and the food is great. The only reason I went 4 stars is because, although service was great, the server didn't remove our used dishes. The table is rather small so it got crowded with used dishes. Otherwise everything else was great!
