My wife raved about this place the last time she was in Texas so we stopped here after we landed. Nothing special IMO. The food was filling. The street corn was decent but had too much sauce. The Democrat taco was bland and the serving side was smaller than I cared for. I would eat here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I haven't been since last year. Brisket taco absolutely a stunner and the rice & beans yummy. The corn tortilla is a must. It's not like store bought and it's not pungent like Nixtamal. (For those not used to authentic)

The cashier Sean greeted us with a smile and welcoming energy. He was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and professional. The manager Matt was great and completely understand what excellent customer service is. The restaurant was extremely clean and orderly. The food was top notch. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience Torchy’s!
