Via 313 Pizza

My wife and I have been here many times and it has always been good but for dinner tonight it was a bad experience. Our server according to the ticket was PM Bar P. She got our order and then brought our coke. It was horrible no carbonation. This was not her fault what was her fault was 15 minutes later we finally got someone else to stop and he took them and went to see what was wrong. He brought us some water and said there was an issue with the coke machine. She finally came back by and we told her about the coke and she said let me check. She left came back about 5 minutes later and said that yes there was something wrong and the manager just ran to get some 2 liter bottles and then she would get us some coke. We got the cheese bread then the pizza still no soft drink. We ran out of water and never got a refill. I don’t know if the manager made it back but it’s been 5 hours so I hope so. I joked with her and asked if I got a discount due to the issues she said i took the diet cokes off the bill. Wow. Sad that a place that has been great was this way tonight.

Fantastic pizza! Served at time promise cooked to perfection! Their sauce has so much flavor and fresh ingredients!

Drinks were great, Gilbert was a great bartender. Pizza was also good!

Samuel took great care of us. Our team was very strong and Samuel made it right. Love the beet salad and new jalapeño popper pizza!

Food was delicious. Get the bridge pizza you won’t regret it. Gracie was our waitress and she was great and the manager Jake was super cool. Absolutely the best pizza place in Hays County hands down.

While the food is good, the experience leaves much to be desired. Poor customer service and ambiguous communication.

I went to Via 313 in Webster, TX for my birthday 12/29/24 and they made my birthday amazing! I have a gluten allergy, and they went above and beyond there too. They gave me a surprise birthday dessert (it was enough to share with my party). And on my way out the door I received a birthday card and a gift card for another pizza! They made my day so special! That meal was my birthday gift, and they made it a gift that kept giving. It being right after Christmas, the experience was memorable and special! Thank you, Courtney, and the Via 313 team!

We dined at The Heights location for a second time. It's about a 45 minute drive for us from The Woodlands but totally worth it. Our pizza was fantastic! We use to get our Detroit style from a place called Barry's that sadly closed during the pandemic after many many years in business. We were discussing tonight that Via 313 is as close to Barry's as we have found. Our server Arthur...I believe his name was Arthur... was fabulous! He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Top notch service and fab food, who could ask for more! We most certainly will be back!

If you haven't tried Via 313 Pizza, it's a must that you do. Quality ingredients, along with that Detroit deep dish style, make for a great pie. I visited the Kyle location yesterday, and there is excellent, friendly staff; the vibe is legit. Drea was our server, and I can't remember the last time we had such great service. It was my wife's first time, and it definitely made the rotation!
