Main question is WHY would anyone build a Waffle House so small?? I was asked if I minded the ‘half-booth’ for myself and husband, which I did not—but what I DID mind was the view of the filthy food-scraping receptacle. In short, the place could be cleaner! Otherwise, I hadn’t eaten here in a long time and I expected better.

This was the most horrible experience I've ever had! Staff never even greet you good morning! It is a breakfast place for God's sake, mornings should be the lively part of day. The staff were like walking dead, you say thank you, they never even responded welcome! And let's talk about the food quality, because had the worst breakfast of our lives, the waffle is not fully cooked, and sausage was raw. Just wow!!! I would never recommend you to try it. Save yourself from misery pls, do yourself a favor!

Food and service is amazing..Shouts outs to Sean..He is super,super friendly and really knows his stuff..He recommend the texas bacon Philly and it didn't disappoint..I feel that this is the most friendliest food joint in Kyle tx..Waffles are also so delicious....I definitely recommend if you are in kyle tx..Again kudos to Sean.. UPDATE:11/25/24. Just wanted to add that we continue to visit this location and it has really gotten alot better,faster,and tastier..(it has always been good)management really knows what there doing.This place has the best crew of any restaurant in the area..Lately we've been going in the morning and usually Devin serves us..Very nice,and respectful young man..And Toni the manager is a sweetheart.She really knows how to run things..Great things are happening here..way to go waffle house kyle..

I came in for a pecan waffle & sweet tea. I was immediately greeted with the team's welcoming, "Good Morning!". Cynthia took care of me, and it was such a wonderful experience. I was honestly having a hard day, and she left me feeling cared for like a family member. The pecan waffle was delicious, and the tea was freshly made by Jazzy, (who i haven't seen since; bring her back!). Cynthia was an absolute pro; fast and attentive, with compassion like only a mother could provide. She truly turned my day around! Thank you for having such amazing and hard working ladies on your team! I will definitely be back!
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance was efficient and the staff was accommodating. I saw several wheelchair users have everything they needed to enjoy their experience.
This is the chillest of any WH I’ve been to. The staff never offered me any coffee refills. The waffle I ordered was not the typical WH quality. It was not a good waffle. I also ordered an egg and sausage sandwich and that was cooked perfectly. If you have eaten at WH in the Deep South than you will surely be dissatisfied eating here.

Waffle House is bad, but its supposed to be bad in a good way. This was just bad. We show up, the place is empty. Multiple un bussed tablets. The "clean" tables where gross. With absolutely no one in there, it took 10 minutes to get a server. Then the server comes and says "what's your order?". We're like, well could we please look at the menu. The server said that the manager wont let the customers look at the menu because the prices on it are wrong. So I cant look at a menu and it's been years since I've been to Waffle House. I used to order the whole grain waffle, so I try to order that, they don't serve it anymore. So I'm at a Waffle House, I have the memory of 10 years ago Waffle House menu, they don't serve the thing I used to get and I'm not allowed to look at the menu..... We had to walk out .

So happy they opened up a Waffle House closer to San Marcos! We were served by Neice who had such a great attitude and made us feel so welcomed, she’s super hilarious too. Food was very fast and delicious, as always ❤️
